Also the reason I had stated that it was unverified was because you had asked me what it said on my battery health and I had replied by saying it says nothing just unverified. I shouldn't even been having an issue after having a brand new battery in my phone hence why I contacted you guys because I wanted to know if that's usually how it works a month in a half after a repair. Also the reason why I didn't bring in the phone because after being on the phone with Apple and having them run a diagnostic report which stated that I have a very poor battery in my phone they told me usually individual stores that replace batteries always end up giving issues so instead of constantly going back and forth I thought it's much better for me to go directly to Apple. Furthermore, I was there on June 23 and yesterday the day I contacted you about this issue was August 14 which is actually 52 days and not 75 to be exact since you want to get technical and I'm pretty sure nobody wants to run back-and-forth every month and a half behind an iPhone battery. I specifically confirmed my phone model, and I was told in writing that the screen replacement started at $208.80 + tax. Based on that information, I decided to make an appointment with them. After making the appointment and showing up, I was suddenly told that the price I had been given was wrong and that the repair would actually cost around $330. How does a customer receive a specific price, schedule an appointment based on that price, and then arrive at the store only to be told that the price was incorrect? If the $208.80 price was wrong, it should have been corrected before I made an appointment and wasted my time. What makes this even more frustrating is that they advertise themselves as an authorized repair provider and emphasize their professionalism and quality of service. I expected the basic courtesy of being given accurate pricing before committing to an appointment. I have no problem paying a fair price for quality work, but I do have a problem with being quoted one price and then being told something completely different after I've already made the trip and scheduled an appointment. I strongly recommend confirming the price in person before making an appointment, because the price you are given initially may apparently not be the price you're actually charged.
