Most recently, I brought in my iPhone to fix the shattered back screen. Once again, they charged a very reasonable price and fixed the issue. However, this time, an unexpected issue came up--the flashlight started flickering after the repair. I brought the phone back and spoke with Arthur. He was very professional, took full responsibility, and repaired the phone at no additional cost. It took him two tries and ordering some extra parts to get the flashlight working properly again, but he handled it all with professionalism and care, fully understanding that the issue arose during the original screen repair. Also the reason I had stated that it was unverified was because you had asked me what it said on my battery health and I had replied by saying it says nothing just unverified. I shouldn't even been having an issue after having a brand new battery in my phone hence why I contacted you guys because I wanted to know if that's usually how it works a month in a half after a repair. Also the reason why I didn't bring in the phone because after being on the phone with Apple and having them run a diagnostic report which stated that I have a very poor battery in my phone they told me usually individual stores that replace batteries always end up giving issues so instead of constantly going back and forth I thought it's much better for me to go directly to Apple. Furthermore, I was there on June 23 and yesterday the day I contacted you about this issue was August 14 which is actually 52 days and not 75 to be exact since you want to get technical and I'm pretty sure nobody wants to run back-and-forth every month and a half behind an iPhone battery.
