    We had a phenomenal pool building experience with OMNI Pool Builders all the way from the owners at the top of the organization to the amazing engineering department, customer service staff and now most recently with Donna Dillinder CSR. Donna ALWAYS returns our calls PROMPTLY but more importantly, she takes action and has her team of service techs jump on any pending issue. She was SUPER helpful in providing us with warranty information on major pool components and is a pleasure to work with. AFTER THE SALE SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE. THANK YOU DONNA.

    Jim and Aaron with Omni Pool Builders are exceptional at what they do. They were extremely patient, attentive and friendly. Omni was able to take our vision and create and absolutely stunning pool and spa. They always explained the process clearly, were prompt when making adjustments, and had a smile on their faces. Whenever we needed to change the schedule they complied without hesitation. We exhibit quiet hours here and they always worked around them with efficiency as to not disturb the community. I am so grateful for the beautiful pool my residents can now enjoy! Thank you both for all of your hard work. I will definitely be using them for my residential pool next!

    We give Omni 5 stars! Amazing work and high quality. They were very supportive during the design process and throughout the entire process. They also had the quickest time to completion amongst the other pool companies. Even throughout the process they were willing to compromise and change plans. Ventura was a great project manager and very responsive. Always could count on him. Highly recommend Omni!

    Basketball Hoop & check out that blue water! Feels like a beach

    Omni has been fantastic! We resurfaced our pool and added in new tile in our first phase. Jim has constantly checked in and treated the job as if it were his own backyard. He spoke up with better placement of the basketball hoop as you can see is a highlight in our pool. He has saved me much headache of having to constantly check-in because before I could even get to it he was there. Aaron and Martin have both been out to meet with us and follow up along the way; both a pleasure to work with as well! The pool had new tile and pebble-tech installed their team was respectful and did a great job cleaning up when they left most contractors don't. We also had quartz installed on our beach entry which added just the perfect touch. That was all done within in two weeks too! We're excited to see what else they can do! Thank you Omni for having such a great team!

    Would have been 5 stars but numerous performance and communication issues brought down the rating. Workmanship was good, PM assigned to the project and poor communication was the issue. We selected Omni over 3 other companies. A detailed scope of work was provided. Omni was the most expensive ($1K over the second choice) but they had much better payment terms. One company (Pioneer pools) wanted 90% payment when they were only 30% complete. Pioneer also being 40% less was a cause for concern. Original contract was 4-6 weeks but it actually took 10 weeks to complete due to the PM not having an understanding of the scope and contract. Numerous unreturned calls/correspondence, accounting calling for payment when they weren't complete with milestones. Their Operations manager was finally looped in and things started getting back on track. If you do use them I'd suggest you negotiate liquidated damages (financial restitution) for missing milestone dates or contract duration period. If there is a financial impact to them you might get moved up in their schedule. I understand they are busy but as a Commercial and industrial construction professional with 28 years of experience I found the lack of communication and timeliness of completed work to be poor. As stated before their workmanship was not an issue. This project was a refinish of an existing plaster pool that was over 12 years old. New interior with stone surface and new equipment. Quality of equipment used was good and came with a better Warranty than the existing equipment (Hayward).

The owner, Tyler, arrived and was friendly and professional. He diagnosed and replaced the heater element within the quoted estimate. Total job was about an hour. I was nice to see that the owner also does repairs when they're busy. It shows dedication and understanding of their customer's needs. Also, no "AI" or bouncing around my phone call. This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!! Thanks to this Tucson Family-Owned Business for putting my mind at ease at point-of-sale and without pressure of making a purchase.  This location also does repairs on their units as they get older and need Maintenace, and no need for searching for a repair person.  Solid!  Our unit works Wonderfully and is used almost every day and looks Great on our Patio without taking a lot of room.  It's Perfect and the Cover Bracket is the BEST Ever compared to our last unit!  WooHoo!     We've been trying for almost six months to get a replacement part which was still under warranty…read more Keep following up and told repeatedly "it'll be here soon." Was told it was in transit. That was months ago. They have not reached out to us even one time. Woman in office blamed someone else for not following up and said she'd endure it got taken care if. We've visited in person and called repeatedly. I would not do business with them again. STILL WAITING!

BE AWARE THAT…read moreE-KONOMY POOLS HAS PURCHASED OTHER POOL COMPANIES IN THE TUCSON AREA! -Be sure when establishing service with a new pool company that it's NOT owned by OR associated with the owners of E-KONOMY!!! -Let's begin with my 80 YEAR OLD DISABLED widowed mother who used E-KONOMY Pools and was taken advantage of. -Charged for chemicals not used -Paid to have pool drained, power washed, tiles cleaned and PROMISED that this special tile chemical they charged her extra monthly for would prevent the calcium build up from coming back! Well you guessed it! It came back to which E-KONOMY Pools response was that they "didn't guarantee it wouldn't come back" and stated that the pool tiles weren't being maintained! WHAT? She paid E-KONOMY Pools for weekly service including brushing the tiles and pool, chemicals and services which were ALL part of the job and maintenance she was promised! -E-KONOMY Pools stated they would be happy to come give her a quote to have her tile cleaned...again...WHAT? Yet E-KONOMY POOLS has NEVER missed a monthly withdrawal from her account! Not to mention she hasn't been able to get into her pool for years-but just wants to keep it beautiful and maintained. -Ring Camera recorded Technician entering her backyard and leaving 10 minutes later. Once again not brushing pool nor checking chemical levels. Pool left with algae growing on sides when inspected. SHAME ON YOU E-KONOMY POOLS and your ridiculous excuses! What other Elderly and Disabled persons are being taken advantage of by this company? Unbelievable and absolutely not ok! Then there's our pool: -EVERY SUMMER...EVERY SUMMER- Pool Technicians falsifying documentation related to services rendered (and verified as falsified by Supervisors following up that Technician had lied). -Being told when lodging a complaint with E-KONOMY that GPS showed Technician at our address for 30 to 40 minutes. That is until our cameras showed Technician parked out front of our home for 20 minutes on their phones then coming into backyard for 10 to 15 minutes of service which showed them NOT brushing the sides, nor testing the chemical levels, nor backwashing which are the services we pay for on top of chemicals. -Now don't get me wrong-Fall, Winter, and Spring there's really nothing to do except check the balance...during those months we haven't expected nor asked the Technician to backwash except maybe once a month if needed but yet we pay the same amount all year. Not a problem-BUT do the job when we really need it during the SUMMER! -Camera recordings of Technician lowering pool water level then taking a picture and sending it to the company stating "water level in pool too low to backwash" so he didn't have to do it. -Been charged TWICE in one month for services and over charged for chemicals. -Continuous company turnover -Asked NUMEROUS times for quote on sand replacement for filter and NEVER received a response. These are just a few of the FRUSTRATING events without writing a book! We all work hard for our money and expect to get services agreed upon-not with this company where you're having to beg for good and fair service! I guarantee you that the owners of E-KONOMY Pools wouldn't put up with the service their customers receive.
