Pad Thai and fried rice
Iain T.

Pad Thai was too sweet, too much peanut, no other flavors, very one dimensional. The fried rice was mediocre, and an incredibly stingy portion. $37 for these two take out items, straight trash.

Loved the assorted Asian choices - Japanese, Korean, sushi, Thai .. ! Edamame appetizer was warm and good. Great ambience and decent service. Loved the salmon salad, both Buckwheat and Yakisoba Omiza Soba dish with basil, tofu and veggies. My friend tried Veggie Gobdol Bibimbap for the first time and he absolutely loved the big hot pot of sticky rice, sunny side of egg and veggies with hot sauce. Enjoyed the evening and really liked the place.

Beautiful space!

Decor beautiful and service was prompt. Food was ok but I had hoped it would have been great. The $10 bbq pork belly buns were delish but the chicken pad Thai sported hard, chewy chicken and no egg or vegetables, spare bean sprouts. And the seasoning was blah.

Loved these dumplings and god yakisoba for my meal with chicken- absolute serve and both were amaze and I loved the chili oil/sauce that came with the dumplings I dug in before the photo hense the missing pieces

My faves: otoro, Chef Sae II, uni with quail egg, salmon with scallop and Special Tuna Supreme

Modern and clean ambiance, enjoyed my favorite sushi pieces especially the salmon with scallop! Service was a bit slow but they seem a bit short-handed. Quality of sushi made up for it!

Dinner time

Ordered the yellowtail and vegetable rolls to start. The sashimi was of high quality and yuzu sauce delivered a bright note with a tiny kick of heat from the jalapeños. My martini cocktail (can't remember the name) was delicious. The Korean BBQ meat quality and banchan was good. The issue I had was with our server. Not sure if it was due to lack of experience but there were so many fails. My 2 friends never had Korean BBQ before. I have had it plenty of times but I thought they would be given a brief tutorial by our server. I had to ask the server to do so when I finally saw him since another staff member brought the Korean bbq items to our table. Server was also notified about the vegetable rolls never coming out. That was resolved about 10 minutes after I shared my feedback. Then another 10 minutes later, a 2nd order of vegetable rolls came. We sent those back. The ambiance is so nice and food quality is high. However, the customer service for the price point was subpar during the visit. Especially since the day and time my friends and I went, there were not many customers at all.

Highly recommend this restaurant. The server was delightful. The restaurant was very clean and d well designed. We had miso soup- tasted good ( was hot but not my kind of hot, I like my piping hot. soy garlic wings- excellent hot temp and very crunchy calamari on salad- calamari has some sauce on them, but tasted great and galbi-Was good tasting a d cooked perfectly. My son wanted kbbq for lunch- but we found out that they only do that in the evening You will enjoy this restaurant. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will come to this visit this restaurant.

Pad Thai

Party of two dined in on Thursday for lunch, Its authentic korean fusion / sushi/ thai restaurant, which seems to be $$$ , pricey side but not too overpriced, parking is free! Interior was beautiful , we ordered green tea comes in pot , bento which means lunch box in japanese; we picked chicken katsu, rock shrimp, meat dumplings, and pad thai, korean fried chicken honey garlic flavor Served with small salad for two of us ; not sure which one comes with salad , familiar taste but also at the same time, Taste all unique

Sampled a number of small plates. All were excellent, especially the Yellowtail w/jalapenos, soups & dumplings. Gotta go back & try sushi.

Fantastic choice of Asian Fusion cuisine. All meals to date were wonderful. Service could have been a little better.

Genevieve's is a cute little spot in the heart of Doylestown, perfect for a brunch on Saturday…read more Important note is they do close at 2pm so if you have a larger group or want time to visit, you'll want to make sure you get an early reservation. For the first time visitors, go up the stairs from the street, through the doorway and down the small hall, to another door where you'll enter the restaurant. There are smaller rooms with various seating options including an outside patio for when the weather is nice. The staff is friendly and very attentive (sometimes almost too much where we felt rushed to have them clear our plates), but the food is why you came. Can't recommend the chicken avocado club enough (toasted sourdough and the best hand cut fries you've ever had) plus the French onion angus burger (fantastic, super juicy and great flavor). Overall, good experience. Great food. Looking forward to sitting outside when it's nice out.

I really enjoyed the Filet and polished off every bite. My dad enjoyed the pork chop and a side of brussels. I usually prefer when they are crispier, but the flavor was good. My husband ordered the pasta bolognese, and there were fantastic chunks of short rib that were delicious. The sauce itself wasn't as good as I would have hoped. The service was great, and we would definitely return

The only caveat is that the dining area is small and can get loud. The meal came quick. We ordered a Caprese Salad which was great. The mozzerella tasted good and the tomatoes were red and fresh. The balsamic they used was also top rate. They split the order in 2 and served on separate plates which wa since so we wife and I did not argue about who got more. For the main cause, I had Poppy's Chicken which is always good. I like food a little spicy and this meets that bill. The sausage on top of the chicken is actually a little hot (spicy). Sometimes dishes like this do not have as much topping as I like. in this case it was perfect. Finally for dessert, we had the Barry callout chocolate cake. People in the US do not realize how good of chocolate Callout makes but you can taste it in the cake. The final good word is that this is a BYOB establishment, and we like that too because wine is always so overpriced. The bottom line is that we will continue coming here for special occasions. The food and atmosphere is great.

The balsamic that was drizzled on it was incredible. Bronzino came with broccoli and whipped potatoes. Delicious! Completed the meal with warm chocolate cake, fresh whipped cream with drizzled caramel, strawberries and nuts. Yum! The ambiance is relaxed.

There was a pizza shop that smelled delicious in addition to the menus I shared in photos. There is also a basement where the flea market had vendors were set up. After the event tables were quickly cleaned for a post event concert. You do need to take a pretty long staircase to get down to the basement which I do not think is handicap accessible. There was very limited seating in the basement even at the bar. They have some unique specialty cocktails. If that's your thing I did not try any of the food so no feedback on that. I will add that the venue opted to allow food pantry donations in lieu of paying a fee to get in to make the event accessible to everyone. The venue also allowed multiple non profit LGBTQ+ and left learning political groups to have tables on a sliding scale to insure they could participate. I was told that the venue communication was fantastic if you're looking to host an event in the future. Parking is all pay by app but there is a lot behind the restaurant as well as street parking.
