All the food items we ordered tasted really good and the spice levels were perfect enough though they gave us hot chili oil on the side when we stated, we like spicy food. Their service is amazing that they were quick and very polite. The ambience is average and it was very cold when the outside temperature was 86 degrees. Love this Pho Restaurant in Shorewood. We ordered Beef & Chicken Pho, chicken wings, fresh spring rolls, dri chili chicken, sate chicken and rice combination plate. Our two favorites are the steak pho with meatballs and skid the dri chili chicken. Most dishes are made from scratch and very accommodating for food allergies. Service terrible. Staff is rude. Walk in ask for table for one looking at a clean 2 top. Guy says give me a minute lady says dining in? I say yes and instantly ooo it's going to be awhile. They have 4 dirty tables and a clean one. I don't say anything walk to the front checkout to place an order about 5 min goes by and i ask so why is it a long wait for 1 if there's a clean table. He goes there's no clean tables... so I point it out to him and he panics quickly saying oh they must've left. Mind you this is a perfectly set table. Don't recommend being understaffed if that's the case on a diner night on Friday. Be careful coming here if you come during diner time they get overwhelmed. So I went in here and told them I wasn't really feeling well and that it was my first time there and they recommended that I get just the basic chicken noodle pho. Went there for dinner with my wife and daughter for the first time and it was not very crowded. We ordered some shrimp rolls right away and those were quite good. We then ordered our meals. Mine came out first. Then about 5 minutes later my wife's meal was served. It was missing the asparagus and after a few minutes our server came back to let us know my daughters meal would come out soon. We asked him if about the asparagus and he looked at us and said he didn't think it was supposed to have it. He does not come back for over 10 minutes and when he does he finally has my daughters meal and then proceeds to tell us that they ran out of asparagus. tldr: meals were okay and missing ingredients. The dipping sauce complimented the egg rolls nicely. We'd get these again. I went with the p1 beef noodle soup and my friend got the p9 chicken soup. We both enjoyed our soups. My friends soup had a sweet and sour broth, which we both liked more than the beef noodle. The potion was generous and it was a perfect ratio of noodles to meat. They also give you basil, lime, bean sprouts, cilantro and bean sprouts to add as you'd like to your pho. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed both of our soups but the p9 chicken soup came on top. Overall, this is a nice Viatemese restaurant that offers great quality pho and wonderful service. After eating at this pho restaurant I have to say this: OMG average. It of course has pho. OMG PHO is one one these strip mall places along Route 59 in Shorewood. Many similar places are better. These places also are cheaper. Going home from a brewery I needed a bite. It conveniently wasn't far. The menu is mostly pho. Having pho would have been nice. Unfortunately it seems all the broth is chicken, or all the noodles are made with eggs so not that friendly for vegans. Basically Mapo Tofu was the best choice. It's $11.95 and comes with rice and is slightly spicy but not hot. The tofu is the soft kind I'm not fond of. It didn't taste like much. This kind of tofu doesn't absorb much flavor and it was merely okay. Better and cheaper pho is around here. It's best to look some more. The prices are way too high for average like this. read more

I would leave ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Placed my regular order you we order from this place at least once a week. This is the second time they've messed up our order. The first time we were decent about it had to drive back up there to get the order mind you know, discount or anything for our inconvenience because of their mistake today last straw ordered the P7, which is the PHO with the fish and squid order came with just called and spoke with manager and was told to bring the order back so that they could look at it again you we are weekly customers, but we were told to drive in a thunderstorm back to the restaurant because of their mistake so that they can look at the order as if we were lying and replace it. Why would you want someone to do that when they are weekly customers? Also, what are you doing with the order instead of offering us a discount crediting us and just giving us another order at a later date they want us to do all of that as if we mistake and it was their mistake and we're supposed to be inconvenienced as customers what were they gonna do with the order?
