Jimmy also greeted me asked me if I'd like something to drink and was super friendly. Mia did my toes and she was amazing, friendly and gentle. Diane resurrected my nails and spent so much time fixing them to my liking. She was so sweet and gentle too. At the very beginning, when she was removing the old gel design, she used the bur tool so aggressively that I felt a burning sensation from the friction. One of my nail beds is now bruised because of this, which should never happen during a professional manicure. The gel application that followed was no better -- the cure buildup was crooked and uneven, with bulky, thick spots on several nails. She was not clean in her technique, and the overall finish looked sloppy and unpolished. Although she was personable, the combination of poor technique, lack of attention to detail, dismissive attitude, and physical discomfort made this a very unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience. I was trying to come out of there not having my nails super damaged but that wasn't the case.
