I found this salon on Yelp last year and they've been my main nail salon ever since! I usually decide to get my nails done very last minute and Winnie is always able to squeeze me in. I've had every single nail tech and the work has been amazing every single time. They always offer refreshments as well while we get our nails done which is a nice plus. Everyone here is super nice and the pricing is extremely reasonable.

LOVE Winnie and her team. I found her over a year ago when she was working at a nearby salon but was very happy to hear she opened her own shop. I found Excellent Nails on Yelp yesterday and chose them because of their great reviews. Scheduled an appointment through Yelp as well and Winnie was so accommodating working with my times requested. I walked in today for my appointment and right away was greeted by Winnie and she knew it was me granted it was my first time there. Jimmy also greeted me asked me if I'd like something to drink and was super friendly. Mia did my toes and she was amazing, friendly and gentle. Diane resurrected my nails and spent so much time fixing them to my liking. She was so sweet and gentle too. I felt it was meant to be as my the 2 most important women in my life are also named Mia & Diane. What a great experience I had there, the energy was amazing. We all laughed and talked. In my mind I was thinking I wish I'd found them sooner. Nevertheless, Winnie, Jimmy, Mia and Diane have found a loyal customer from now on. Usual nail salon I go to was closed so I decided to try a new one and the reviews were good for this place and let me say it didn't disappoint! I had the best pedicure here ever! I used to get pedicures often but stopped a couple of years ago. My pedicure stylist was Hannah and she made me feel so special and relaxed. I got the nicest pedicure package they offered, it was $72 base price, $92 total with gel polish. The package included so many things i've never experienced in a pedicure before and it felt so nice; There was hot wax in two forms (a candle and paraffin wax), clay, orange slices, a warmed shoulder compress, and salt scrub. So luxurious! My sister got gelx extensions on her toes from Grace and she was also very happy with the results. Both Grace and Hannah were amazing, as well as the other ladies in the salon, EVERYONE WAS SO KIND AND PERSONABLE!! We will definitely be back, that pedicure was to die for! read more

I could not recommend this place enough! My first time coming by and immediately the staff was so kind, hospitable, and welcoming! I felt right at home. I absolutely adore them. I decided on coming here after thorough research and trying to find the best place to get my nails done and this is forever going to be the place I come from now on. Winnie is going to be my nail tech until further notice haha she is absolutely incredible. I asked for a design and she delivered and made it even better. I had to get a previous set removed as well but I was still in and out in an HOUR. She is so quick and efficient and takes care of your nails. It is so clean and so friendly and welcoming! I found Excellent Nails on Yelp yesterday and chose them because of their great reviews. Scheduled an appointment through Yelp as well and Winnie was so accommodating working with my times requested. I walked in today for my appointment and right away was greeted by Winnie and she knew it was me granted it was my first time there. Jimmy also greeted me asked me if I'd like something to drink and was super friendly. Mia did my toes and she was amazing, friendly and gentle. First time coming in and I was welcomed right away. The guy offered something to drink and had me sit right away so I didn't wait unattended at all, which was nice. I got a gel pedicure and manicure with acrylic big toes added, I went with the higher priced package to check out the experience. I love my manicure, the gel is very pretty and my nails are shaped beautifully. The pedicure experience wasn't the best but my toes and feet are cleanish. I had acrylic on all of my toes prior and she didn't soak them off, she just buffed what she could but it did ok. Price was a bit high for the experience but I understand there's a business to run. I will definitely be returning for another gel manicure! The vibe was cozy, I also really loved that! read more

My daughter and I just left after getting our nails done here. I must say that this was the best manicure I've ever had. The experience was great, we were walk-ins and they took us immediately. We were greeted upon arrival and offered beverages - I had a mimosa, and my daughter had water. The color selection was excellent, and the customer service was also excellent. I was torn between 3 styles, and she combined everything I liked and created something simple, classy, and beautiful. She's the right amount of executive decision-making that I need in my life. I found this awesome little nail shop a couple of months ago. The team here is warm, inviting and kind. I love getting my mani/pedi done here. The ladies are meticulous at cleaning cuticles and you will leave with perfectly manicured nails. The nail techs are very talented at full set nails as well. This place is a must try! I recommend calling ahead to make appointment because they are usually too booked for walk-ins. read more

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Extremely Disappointed - Never Again! I had an awful experience at this nail salon. The staff was rude and inattentive, barely acknowledging me when I walked in. The place didn't feel clean, and the tools didn't seem properly sanitized. My nail technician rushed through my service, leaving my nails uneven and messy. The polish started chipping the very next day! On top of that, they overcharged me for services I didn't ask for and refused to fix the mistakes. They offer mimosas, water, and other drinks, which makes the whole experience extra relaxing. The owner makes you feel right at home. This place is the best in town!! Winnie is truly an artist, and the hospitality is so good. They offered me and my friend drinks, conversed with us throughout, even entertained another guests kid while the lady got her nails done.
