I decided on coming here after thorough research and trying to find the best place to get my nails done and this is forever going to be the place I come from now on. Winnie is going to be my nail tech until further notice haha she is absolutely incredible. I asked for a design and she delivered and made it even better. I had to get a previous set removed as well but I was still in and out in an HOUR. She is so quick and efficient and takes care of your nails. It is so clean and so friendly and welcoming! Obsessed is an understatement. I am so excited to keep coming back!!

I've had every single nail tech and the work has been amazing every single time. They always offer refreshments as well while we get our nails done which is a nice plus. Excellent Nails NEVER disappoints! I've been coming here for a while, and the quality is unmatched. I'm a busy woman--I don't have time to sit in a nail salon every week or even every two weeks. LOVE Winnie and her team. I found her over a year ago when she was working at a nearby salon but was very happy to hear she opened her own shop. I always bring my picture with an idea and she always executes it better than the picture. She is so talented and so sweet. I found Excellent Nails on Yelp yesterday and chose them because of their great reviews. Scheduled an appointment through Yelp as well and Winnie was so accommodating working with my times requested. I walked in today for my appointment and right away was greeted by Winnie and she knew it was me granted it was my first time there. Jimmy also greeted me asked me if I'd like something to drink and was super friendly. Mia did my toes and she was amazing, friendly and gentle. Diane resurrected my nails and spent so much time fixing them to my liking. She was so sweet and gentle too. I felt it was meant to be as my the 2 most important women in my life are also named Mia & Diane. What a great experience I had there, the energy was amazing. We all laughed and talked. In my mind I was thinking I wish I'd found them sooner. Nevertheless, Winnie, Jimmy, Mia and Diane have found a loyal customer from now on. Mia did my gel manicure with hard-gel. She was nice, and her work was clean, not rushed and flawless. She paints well, does great nail shape, and is attention to detail. Usual nail salon I go to was closed so I decided to try a new one and the reviews were good for this place and let me say it didn't disappoint! I had the best pedicure here ever! I used to get pedicures often but stopped a couple of years ago. My pedicure stylist was Hannah and she made me feel so special and relaxed. I got the nicest pedicure package they offered, it was $72 base price, $92 total with gel polish. The package included so many things i've never experienced in a pedicure before and it felt so nice; There was hot wax in two forms (a candle and paraffin wax), clay, orange slices, a warmed shoulder compress, and salt scrub. So luxurious! My sister got gelx extensions on her toes from Grace and she was also very happy with the results. Both Grace and Hannah were amazing, as well as the other ladies in the salon, EVERYONE WAS SO KIND AND PERSONABLE!! We will definitely be back, that pedicure was to die for! read more

Such a great experience! Winnie is amazing - she did my Gel-X in literally 30 minutes and they came out better than a high-end salon I used to go to that charged me $100+. I have been going to Winnie and her employees at Excellent Nail Spa for a builder gel mani/gel pedi since March and I'm so glad I made the switch! When entering, I'm immediately greeted by them and am offered a beverage. The service is beyond five stars - not only is everyone very kind and respectful, but the work they do is incredible, efficient & fairly priced! Everyone pays very close attention to detail and whether I pick a cute design or a simple color, I always leave feeling very satisfied with the outcome. I can't recommend them enough! read more

I could not recommend this place enough! My first time coming by and immediately the staff was so kind, hospitable, and welcoming! I felt right at home. I absolutely adore them. First time coming in and I was welcomed right away. The guy offered something to drink and had me sit right away so I didn't wait unattended at all, which was nice. I got a gel pedicure and manicure with acrylic big toes added, I went with the higher priced package to check out the experience. I love my manicure, the gel is very pretty and my nails are shaped beautifully. The pedicure experience wasn't the best but my toes and feet are cleanish. I had acrylic on all of my toes prior and she didn't soak them off, she just buffed what she could but it did ok. Price was a bit high for the experience but I understand there's a business to run. My daughter and I just left after getting our nails done here. I must say that this was the best manicure I've ever had. The experience was great, we were walk-ins and they took us immediately. We were greeted upon arrival and offered beverages - I had a mimosa, and my daughter had water. The color selection was excellent, and the customer service was also excellent. I was torn between 3 styles, and she combined everything I liked and created something simple, classy, and beautiful. She's the right amount of executive decision-making that I need in my life. At no point during my appointment did she tell me that she was administering additional units beyond what was included in the promotion. She never asked for my approval, never explained that there would be an extra charge, and never gave me the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to pay an additional $252. I left the office happy, believing I had received the $200 promotional treatment I had agreed to. It wasn't until after I had left that I discovered my card had been charged an additional $252 without my authorization. Had I been informed beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I felt blindsided by a charge I never agreed to. I also wasn't satisfied with the results. The injector did not place the Botox exactly where I requested. Instead of treating the areas we discussed, I experienced tightness in areas that were not my primary concern. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency. The injector had every opportunity to explain that she intended to use additional units and that doing so would increase the cost, but that conversation never happened. I disputed the charge, yet no one has taken accountability, and I have still not received a phone call from the office manager to discuss what happened. Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! They're super patient and always addressed any questions I've had, highly recommend for anyone that's thinking about laser hair removal!

She said yes, so I asked what time she had available and that I would be free all day. She gave me a 11:30am time slot. Done. So I thought...Nope, I get a call today Wednesday 11/23 @ 11:40am asking me where I'm at. Huh? My appointment is on Friday with you, she says "no it's not". Um I for sure didn't schedule a scrub while working. Looking at the txt I asked for 11/26 but not paying attention to Kat's text where she wrote "see you on 11/23 @ 11:30" and me just texting back "Thank You". Anyways, what sealed the deal was when she said, "well just come on Friday, what time do you want to come, ok come at 11:30am then, so we can be done with this". With a bunch of other rude "mumbling under her breath". Sorry, I'll eat up the Groupon you already redeemed and save both of us the headache. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way.
