Walked in without an appointment and was able to get a seat right away. The lady who gave me a pedicure did such a good job- she was patient and was careful not to clip or cut me. She had a very sterile process from using clean plastic lining for the tubs and tossing out the products after a single use. They have great color options. Can't wait to come back here! I would NOT recommend this place at all! I showed the ladies pictures of the nails that I wanted and they came out NOTHING like the picture! I asked for gel tips and she only put gel tips on 3 of my fingers and one of them had a gap between my actual nail and the gel tip, which if you didn't know is a breeding ground for a FUNGAL INFECTION! I brought it up to her many times until I eventually just told her to take it them off. The nails were so lumpy and looked like small hills. They also cut me twice and I spent 4 hours there trying to have them fix it. To which the owner told me I was being "too picky". I then had to explain to her that I was not being picky they were just really bad and not what I wanted at all! I still left with them looking NOTHING LIKE WHAT I WANTED! read more

The three woman are very friendly and welcoming. If it wasn't for this place my nails would not be were they are today! Thank you to the amazing woman that helped my nails get stronger and grow. They do amazing pedicures and manicures and they just added eyelashes to their menu, I haven't tried yet but considering how good they are at everything else I'm pretty positive this service will be good also. I don't think I will be coming back again. I tried this place because it is right down the street from my work. I came into the salon as a walk-in. There were only a few ladies in there, two receiving pedicures and one receiving a gel manicure. I asked for a hard gel manicure, was given a variety of colors to choose from. The lady who started working on my nails I noticed didn't disinfect any of her equipment which freaked me out a lot but I didn't question it, she was also really rough, I ended up with sore finger nails and a few cuts on my cuticles. They also painted my nails with the incorrect color choice I made, and the manicure only lasted a week, it was not hard gel. read more

Came in for a mani/pedi in the morning without an appointment and they were able to take me in after waiting maybe ten minutes. Decided to do a gel mani with regular pedi (spa) which was $39. Pretty decent prices compared to other places. They have a lot of gel colors to choose from. Regular polishes were ok not too many colors. I started off with the pedicure but it seemed like the lady was rushing since she did everything pretty fast. More people did start to come in. Pedicure overall was ok, not much foot scrubbing was done compared to other places I've been to. Next I did the gel manicure. What I didn't like was that she didn't do a clean polish meaning there were some that went over my cuticles and past the base of my nail. I mentioned it to her too and she said she can file it off at the end. She did do that but still it wasn't clean looking. I don't like when the gel polish gets too close to the skin because it peels faster since it's not adhering to the nail bed anymore. Also I was surprised she didn't spray alcohol on my nails in the end. Everywhere I've been to for gel polish they spray alcohol. My nails did feel a little sticky afterwards, not sure if that has to do with alcohol spray or not. read more

Walked in and was assisted right away like always ! Only been here about 5 times but they're all so sweet and amazing ! I always get the gel acrylics and I tell The owner to never shave it to thin because my nails are more sensitive. She's always very careful when she files down my nails and when she paints the gel acrylics over. She never messes up or makes any mistakes. Very clean place compared to others and definitely have seen them clean everything before closing and right after every customer! Price is more than reasonable and located right in downtown ! I go in for a gel mani every 2 weeks or so. These ladies give you a great service but don't take hours doing it. They usually have my mani done in about 35-45 minutes. I love that they have a wide variety of colors for gel manicures. My manis usually last around 2 weeks, pretty average for a gel mani. I love this place because they are friendly and they do such a great job!! A gel mani goes for $22. And I love that they don't charge $1 fee to use your card, unlike every other nail salon. read more

$25 for a Mani/Pedi Spa?! SIGN ME UP. I came in as a party of 3. Called beforehand to see if they were busy; they weren't so that was fab. Arrived around 1:30pm, and was prompt on picking a nail color. They have an average amount of colors to choose from, (but be warned a lot of the polishes were dried out). I picked out a pearl white with a hint of silver glitter for my mani, and a glittery red with a pastel rose color (Nancy picked it out for me because the red glitter I picked out was too light) as a base for my Pedi. Only Lena and Nancy was on site. So I had to wait about 45 minutes till my boyfriend and friend was done getting cared for. I didn't mind it that much because I enjoyed watching boyfriend and friend on their first time at a salon! Plus it gave me time to see how each lady worked. Nancy was wonderful at Pedi's!!! She did boyfriend's and mine toes. I wouldn't recommend her for Mani's, or at least when doing the Mani/Pedi Spa, because she messed up my entire right hand. (Uneven coats, sides weren't painted) I didn't notice till the car ride back home. Nevertheless, she was easy to talk too and did lovely on my Pedi! My friend got Lena! Oh goodness, I adored Lena. She talked to my whole party of 3. Funny and very attentive! She took her time on my friend and really got in there with the Pedi and Mani. My friend ADORED the outcome and the experience! It was her first time too! The message chairs were lovely and prices are affordable! Although, just as Nancy was barely finishing my nails; a customer did come in and she hurriedly got me off the chair to attend the next available patrons. My nails didn't get its time to dry but it was okay. Nancy was very gentle on putting on my sandals on for me! The whole process took about two hours for three mani/pedi spa which isn't so bad!! 100 percent no. I came to simply remove my acrylic nails. States my reason for being there. They told me to pick a color. Ok. Picked a color (not that great of a selection). This woman proceeds to hack away at my acrylic nail as if it wasn't attached to my actual nail. To the point my body went into an automatic flight instinct and pulled away my hand. When someone is flinching stop! (Side not my threshold for pain is moderate) She is completely having a hard time Ive has acrylic nails removed before it's never this painful and usually takes about 10 mins. After ten minutes she proceeds to finish with one hand. No wait the thumb nail isn't completely removed so I retract my statement. I tell her why is this so difficult she tells me my nails are too old. My nails are too old??? Wait what. I tell her it hurts less when I do it at home. She then tells me fine do it at home! Ugh what a lack of customer service and skill. Thank goodness my regular nail salon is 100 percent better there are just closed on tuesdays. So I have a interview tomorrow I wanted my nails to look great For. Unfortunately that's not going to happen. Thanks for nothing ladies nails. read more

I can not say enough good things about Ladies Nails. I've only ever come as a walk-in, and I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get my nails done. Everything is done professionally and efficiently. The prices are amazing! It was $15 for an acrylic fill that includes a polish change, and $17 for a spa pedicure. I've had my nails done by two of the girls here, and both times my acrylics have looked flawless! The staff is so kind, and very talented. They have never tried to push extra services or fees on me, and always comply to what *you* want. I came in the other day for a fill, and on one of my nails, part of the acrylic had chipped off. I asked if I needed a new full set(which I was more than happy to pay for), or just a fill, but the lady very kindly fixed the nail for me with just a fill. Nobody speaks in languages you can't understand, which leaves me feeling confident and happy. The shop is nothing fancy, but it is very comfortable and truly a diamond in the rough.
