I really wanted to like this place and become a regular because of the good reviews and brow pics. The first time I snagged an appointment I was excited because she is always booked. She wasn't friendly at all, almost in an off putting way. It comes across as she doesn't want new clients and only cares about her repeat clients, which I eventually wanted to become. Went to her again yesterday to get my brows done for my bday. I use retinol but know that I need to stop using it least 3 weeks before. I waited over a month this time just to be cautious. Told her all about it and that I don't want my skin to lift and I took all precautions because it's happened before with another brow artist. The wax hurt a bit more than normal and I asked if my skin lifted and she said no. As soon as I looked in the mirror I could see the skin under my eyebrows came off. I wish she paid more attention or told me the truth about it lifting so I didn't do the other brow. So now I'm going to look like this on my birthday. Definitely regr read more
