Was VERY specific in telling her I just wanted them cleaned up, not reshaped. She ended up reshaping them anyways and taking half of my thick eyebrow tails off. Eyebrows service here is $11 which is $5 more than the ones I usually go to, so I had high expectations. However, i feel like they didn't really do much and put any alcohol wipe or anything after they finished cleaning and framing my eyebrows to make it look nicer. I also loved how she took care around my lip which is the most sensitive. she constantly asked if I was ok when it came to the lip and was in-tuned to know when to pause. she also was aware of not going too close to my hairline. I was about to walk out, but I decided to give another artist a chance as I was quite desperate and needed my eyebrows done...BUT I do not regret whatsoever!
