Came here once before and was satisfied with their service so returned today but the lady today messed up one of my eyebrows. They're definitely not even and one eyebrow has a weird chunk missing from the bottom so it's doesn't look connected. I didn't really examine until I got home so that's my fault but also I'm horrible at brows so I trust their expertise. Also she kept getting the thread tangled in my hair even though I wore it back with Bobby pins which I didn't fault her for at the time. At the end of the threading she didn't even ask me if I wanted lotion/aloe which most places do and she did for the customer before. Also she told the two people before me to leave her a good review on Yelp but for me she said nothing probably because she knew her job was not that great this time. Won't come back here and will go back to my regular spot in Alhambra. read more

Less than one star ! Chair one has a young thin pretty girl with claw nails. Her method is so painful, she can't hold the thread properly with her claws . She's in such a hurry to rack up their number of clients and money .... She rushes . My eyebrows came out crooked and she told me I came that way. I am livid and will NEVER go back there again . Had my eyebrows threaded by Saru, and I am very happy with the results! My eyebrows were becoming unruly, and she cleaned them up beautifully. Saru was also very gentle as well! These past few times I've gone amy did my eyebrows but she's messed them every single time last time she took off the arch in my brow and now this resent time I've gone she took the front of my brow off, my brows are not symmetrical one is thinner than the other.
