I happen to notice this Nail salon after stopping in the Ralph's, last minute thought on Thanksgiving Eve. I met Kim, and she took off my old polish and she quickly did a regular manicure. My nails are very short and weak from years of getting gel manicures. She was done in a matter of 25 minutes. She was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. To help my nails grow, she suggested using gloves as I get hangnails from cleaning. I will return, as the shop is a lot more affordable than my old shop. The shop was very quiet, as I was the only client there. She did a great job, and I am very thankful that she took me as a walk in. I plan to go back for a pedicure this weekend. Btw, she gave me a brochure for George's - Mediterranean restaurant across the way which offered a 10 percent discount, so I stopped and got the chicken kabob plate with the rice and tomato/cucumber salad. It was pretty good, but next time I will ask for the chicken to be juicy, not cooked well done. Thanks so much Kim you are amazing! ;) read more

The audacity to flat out say that I complained about the terrible service and nonsensical upcharges because I was trying to get something for free and that I didn't have the money to pay...RIDICULOUS! Pro nail salon is the worse nail salon in the area. Low quality costumer service. I got mani and pedicure the service was awful. I requested a deep cuticle removal the nail technician was careless cut me without apologizing or acknowledging that she cut me. When I got home I had to remove my pedicure nail polish it was messy! after removing the nail Polish I realized she didn't removed fully my old nail gel color. clearly the 2 lady's nail technicians need to be retrained. the two nail technicians started talking bs after the I told her to stop working on my hands. This was the most painful acrylic fill I have ever gotten in my life. For reference I'm 26 yrs old and I've been getting my nails done since I was 14yrs old. I am absolutely not a picky person and I quite literally never write yelp reviews unless it's a good one. I don't like to complain at all. BUT I was out of town and I needed a fill so I thought I'd try this place. Worst decision. My nails/fingers are still burning. She cut me over and over again and filed my nails so much that it was burning. The file she was using was so disgusting at this point I worry that it was covered in germs. I don't know why my fingers are burning so bad. I've never had this happen getting my nails done before. I am concerned. My nails aren't ugly. It looks decent afterwards but it's absolutely not worth the pain. I was holding it in but when I got to my car and my nails were still burning, I've been crying in the car and I felt like I had to warn people. If you care about your health please do not go here. read more

Upon stumbling this store, I was hesitant due to the low rating on yelp. However, since I was running low on time I went in anyways. And to my surprise, the people there very nice and I got what I needed in 15- 30 minutes. I highly recommend the employee/manager there named Jenny to do the wax as she did an excellent job. I've been coming to this salon for a number of years. Everyone here is friendly. I've never made an appointment and they can always accommodate me even when they are busy. They have a great list of regular clientele. I only get the spa pedicure but they offer alot of other services. I think it's great how it's always decorated for every holiday! Parking has never been a problem. It's convenient to the grocery store and other shops so for me it's great for fitting in on a day that I have to do errands! read more
