They are told to accept all of them so they can make more money, but then they dont have time to get to everyone. They are also told not to turn away walk ins. Most of the time, people appointments have to wait - yesterday people with appointments waited 2 hours! The people working there are exhausted, over worked, and often dont get a lunch break as a result as well. People get mad and yell at them but it is not their fault at all...this is a management problem that flows down to the workers and effects their tips, breaks, and overall work life. So sad. Treating people this way is awfulllll. There's often no one at the desk to greet you or check you in, and when there is, its 2 younger women who are very very confused and not equipted to be working a front desk. This used to be my favorite nail shop, ugh.

When I went to pro nails, it was an amazing experience! The lady , Jenny, was super nice and did a great service on my nails and toes. Something that I really liked was when she put a bead on my nail, and I put it under the UV light, and took it out, and she noticed that the bead wouldn't last long. So she took off my gem and put a new gem. I love how my nails turned out for my cruise! obsessed. I have been going there for a long time now my nails last me more than three weeks usually. I was really scared going into the appointment with my short nails because I play piano, but Jenny and the other nail person really made my nails magical, and they turned out amazing. She gave me an amazing massage too. I really recommend pro nails. They do a great job much. read more

Im adding another review because I love this place so much. Jenny is the BEST. She will go above and beyond for her customers always. I was in a hurry and I needed to get my eyebrows done, Jenny did them for me immediately and they were PERFECT. I don't trust anyone else besides her even to touch my eyebrows or my nails because no one can do them like she can. I can't recommend this place enough. I've been coming here for years.
