They are told to accept all of them so they can make more money, but then they dont have time to get to everyone. They are also told not to turn away walk ins. Most of the time, people appointments have to wait - yesterday people with appointments waited 2 hours! The people working there are exhausted, over worked, and often dont get a lunch break as a result as well. People get mad and yell at them but it is not their fault at all...this is a management problem that flows down to the workers and effects their tips, breaks, and overall work life. So sad. Treating people this way is awfulllll. There's often no one at the desk to greet you or check you in, and when there is, its 2 younger women who are very very confused and not equipted to be working a front desk. This used to be my favorite nail shop, ugh.
