The nails were cut unevenly, she didn't do any sort of cuticle care, barely even took all the previous paint off that I had, then painted sooooo poorly... it looked like I could've done better. My manicure was ok... but felt really upcharged for a gel builder ($60???!) The ladies were super sweet but I think they need some more skilled technicians in here. It also was really cold and chairs were not very comfortable. It got the job done but I won't be returning!
