I found Lak The Nail Art near me, (literally 5 blocks away). Parking was easy and I was greeted by the beautiful and kind Karina. I've never been to a private nail space like that before and it was nice to experience. Karina started off by taking pictures of my nails I had (to show me the before and after results) and proceeded to work on the removal of the nail polish then my cuticles. I typically like nude/pink colors and she helped me pick the right one (I'm in love)! During the process, we got to know one another and it was so nice! It was like having a good friend work on my nails and just having some girl time. At the end, my nails looked flawless and beautiful. . The shape and texture looked different and I was in awe. It's true what they say: once you get a Russian manicure, you will never go back (to the old way). Safe to say that I now understand and will continue to book Karina and Lak The Nail Art for all my nail care needs.

This studio is right next to the salon. It is very personalized as it was just me and another person there getting their toes done and myself my manicure. It was so clean and it didn't smell like a typical nail salon. Karina was so meticulous with the cuticle work and I don't think I've ever had someone be so detailed like that. She took her time shaping my nails as well and with the cuticle work. When it came to painting my nails, she was just as detail oriented. I cannot wait for my next visit. What can I, Karina is amazing. I love coming to her for my nails. I originally was going to Tami beauty in Glendale and the owner sold her shop. I had to find a new place for my Russian manicure. I found Karina on Instagram and saw her amazing work. I have gone twice and I can't stop loving my nails. I have gotten so many compliments. The shop is so easy to find plus it's so cute. The massage chairs alone could convince me to make some questionable financial decisions. And the nails? Always flawless. I got my first gel X extension set with Karina and she was incredible! She was detail-oriented and made me feel very comfortable. Her patience really shows in the detail and quality of her work. Throughout the design process, she was creative, open to new ideas, and overall made the experience very fun. The salon was a relaxing and clean environment.
