I showed the picture and let them know what I was told, unfortunately they do not keep their word. This was very disappointing and completely inconsistent with what I was originally told. To make matters worse, after fixing the nails, the staff did not help me find a color that matched my existing nails and instead rushed me to "make a decision." The entire experience felt unprofessional and customer service was clearly not a priority. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me why I stopped coming here in the first place.
