Fast, responsive service, easy to understand process and fair price. Delivery and installation went off without a hitch. The best part, and often the most telling about the quality of a business, is the after the sale service that I have received. When it comes to questions about chemical levels, filters, minor maintenance issues, or regularly scheduled check ups, Home Innovations has gone above and beyond every time. Tim has been amazing to work with, and now that I found out they also sell cold plunge pools and master spa saunas, I will be doing more business with them. I purchased the H2X Trainer 15 D Swim Spa as a family compromise to wanting a pool or a hot tub. I am so confident that I made the right choice. We can use this year around, and despite the kids asking for a hot tub like they were begging for a new puppy, this has definitely become MY toy! I'm in this thing every day at least once, Winter and summer alike.

If you are even thinking about getting a hot tub, go see Sarena at Outdoor Living Pool & Spa…read more I did a LOT of research and visited multiple places, and the difference with Sarena was night and day. She actually took the time to answer every single question (and I had a lot), responded quickly every time I reached out, and never once made me feel pressured. What really stood out was that she wanted me to get the right tub, not just make a sale. She walked me through different options, explained everything clearly, and even came out to our house to measure the space so there were no surprises. On top of that, she made the whole process so easy--everything that was included, she clearly explained, and made it stress-free. By the end of it, I felt confident, taken care of, and actually excited about the decision. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers, Sarena is the one to work with. Highly, highly recommend.

We purchased an Executive Dimension One spa from Outdoor Living in Omaha, expecting a premium…read moreproduct and service to match the high price. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but frustrating from the start. Installation was a mess--they had to come out twice because they ordered the wrong lid and incorrect wall color. Instead of replacing the spa with what we actually purchased, they patched it together by replacing parts and offering a minor discount. In hindsight, this decision seems to have caused ongoing issues. Since then, we've dealt with bending panels, lights falling out, and broken jets. After just two years, the spa cover was completely moldy--even though we maintained it properly, drained it twice a year, and stayed on top of chemicals. We noticed the cover wasn't sealing correctly, letting in air, dirt, and bugs. We ended up spending another $1,200 to replace it. Just one year later, the replacement cover also developed mold. We contacted Outdoor Living again and paid $850 for what was supposed to be a full service--drain, refill, filter cleaning, and cover cleaning--along with additional repairs. Afterward, the mold was still there. I personally spent two hours on a ladder cleaning what they supposedly addressed. When I raised concerns, Paul told me the mold was "our problem" because it had gotten inside the cover. That response, combined with the poor service, was incredibly disappointing. At this point, we've spent over $22,000 on a spa that continues to have issues and requires constant additional expenses. This has been a money pit, and Outdoor Living has been extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend Outdoor Living. They sold us one product, delivered another, and have not stood behind their work or service.

Let's just say that they've had $120,000 of our money for 2 years and we are not the only ones. There is no way that the current positive reviews are real. We paid 50% in October of 2021 and then 45% in March which was in the contract. We were to be swimming in July of 2021 but that did not happen. It is now 2 years later and the project is still not completed. They do not reply to calls, text messages or emails. I have mostly worked with Erik & Allen who are not owners but they are a big part of the problem. I would imagine that they just relay what they are being told by the owners, Aaron Stanger and his wife. WOWT / Mike McKnight just did a story on them and this is nothing short of a ponzi scheme in my opinion. Crazy thing is, they seemed to be a legit pool contractor before 2021. They claim labor shortages but they keep taking on new contracts and getting 95% of the money while promising a pool in 90 days. People have had liens put against their property due to the concrete contractors & plaster installers not getting paid by Premier. I am at the end of my rope. After years of debate, my husband and I decided to pull the trigger on an inground pool. We did our research on vinyl vs fiberglass and researched 4 different companies in the metro. After meeting and getting quotes from the 4 companies (Pinnacle, Relax, Outdoor Living, and Krystal Clear), we quickly realized the Pinnacle team was the one for us! From day 1 Liz, Ross, Travis, and Ashley were amazing! They addressed concerns from past customers (which fell under a different ownership dynamic) and were very transparent about what happened. After these discussions, we put full trust in this team and never looked back. Every single crew member that came out (demolition, plumbing, electrical, digging, pool drop, concrete, rough grading, etc, etc) was amazing! We signed our contract with Ross, and team, at Pinnacle Pools on April 13th and we were swimming by June 19th! 67 days (about 4 weeks from ground break)! I would recommend this team to anyone looking to have an inground fiberglass pool installed!
