Fast, responsive service, easy to understand process and fair price. Delivery and installation went off without a hitch. The best part, and often the most telling about the quality of a business, is the after the sale service that I have received. When it comes to questions about chemical levels, filters, minor maintenance issues, or regularly scheduled check ups, Home Innovations has gone above and beyond every time. Tim has been amazing to work with, and now that I found out they also sell cold plunge pools and master spa saunas, I will be doing more business with them. I purchased the H2X Trainer 15 D Swim Spa as a family compromise to wanting a pool or a hot tub. I am so confident that I made the right choice. We can use this year around, and despite the kids asking for a hot tub like they were begging for a new puppy, this has definitely become MY toy! I'm in this thing every day at least once, Winter and summer alike.

Home Innovations wants to make the sale, but they have ZERO ability, knowledge, and interest in…read morewarranty claims with Master Spas. Our $30,000 swim spa arrived on June 20, 2022 with a crack by a jet. Miles advised they could repair it in the spring, 2023. Adam from Home Innovations came & slapped a dark tan glob of epoxy on a white interior. We put up with it for a while, but when one tread was curling, we had Home Innovations, Adam, come out again. This time, though, we had him look at the side of the swim spa and we located a very minor hairline crack in the canister. Adam & an assistant worker on the original crack as well as the canister, but sprayed the original crack with Krylon - YES, KRYLON SPRAY PAINT - and the, instead of letting it air dry, applied a heat gun designed to strip paint to it causing the crack to increase several inches. Then Adam could not get the canister out, so he decided to ram his shoulder into the interior of the swim spa 10 - 12 times like a linebacker!! This created 2 new cracks!! Afterwards, they just packed up & left without repairing the cracks & then made up a BS story to CYA about the concrete isn't level & then crumbling & then not continuously level - ALL of which have been completely refuted with numerous photos around the entire swim spa with a long level. But Master Spas loves their story despite none of it being true so they can deny a warranty claim. We consulted an attorney and, despite having a solid case, it would take between $15,000 - $20,000 to take to trial. Sooooo, if you decide to purchase ANYTHING from Miles at Home Innovations, just know you are purchasing an item with NO WARRANTY because they will NOT stand behind ANY warranty AND they will let their gorilla of a repairmen do anything to your equipment and then claim it is YOUR fault. If you want to purchase items from a dealer like this, by all means go ahead. But I would HIGHLY encourage you to RUN, not walk, away from Home Innovations and MASTER SPAS!!!

TL;DR The new Pinnacle Pool Team is amazing and finished our pool 31 days (67 days from contract…read moresigning to swimming)! I highly recommend this team Ross has built! After years of debate, my husband and I decided to pull the trigger on an inground pool. We did our research on vinyl vs fiberglass and researched 4 different companies in the metro. After meeting and getting quotes from the 4 companies (Pinnacle, Relax, Outdoor Living, and Krystal Clear), we quickly realized the Pinnacle team was the one for us! From day 1 Liz, Ross, Travis, and Ashley were amazing! They addressed concerns from past customers (which fell under a different ownership dynamic) and were very transparent about what happened. After these discussions, we put full trust in this team and never looked back. Every single crew member that came out (demolition, plumbing, electrical, digging, pool drop, concrete, rough grading, etc, etc) was amazing! We signed our contract with Ross, and team, at Pinnacle Pools on April 13th and we were swimming by June 19th! 67 days (about 4 weeks from ground break)! I would recommend this team to anyone looking to have an inground fiberglass pool installed!

We could not be happier with how the process worked, the attentiveness of the owner and employees, and the comfort we felt working with such a knowledgeable and driven group of people. We were beyond impressed with the team, Ross, Ashley, Travis, and Liz through the entire process. I was especially impressed with the meticulous nature of Travis and all the work he completed on the project. At the end of the day, Pinnacle Pools & Spa made us feel like family, not just a customer. Highly recommend!

DO NOT ORDER FROM POTTERY BARN. TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE EXPLAINED IN FULL HERE (It's making me feel…read moremarginally better to blast them and this story all over the internet). I ordered new bedroom furniture in October, to be delivered in November. First the delivery date got pushed back to December. Then February. Then APRIL. I called, they refused to do split delivery and were holding 2 of my items (a nightstand and a dresser) until a bedframe shipped from overseas. Late January rolls around, Bedframe is actually here! Wow yay it's not April yet, later than I initially thought but this is ok! Wrong. We scheduled a delivery time and I took all my old bedroom furniture out of my room and took off work to meet the delivery guy. But no one shows up. Weird? I call Pottery Barn, they say delivery should never have been scheduled because they'll only deliver once an entire order can be delivered, and 1 of our items is missing. Yeah yeah the bedframe I know, but I got a notification that it came in and we could schedule delivery now? Turns out the bedframe is there now - but the nightstand (that has been there since October) is MISSING. What?? PB said they'll do some digging and get back to me. 2 days later.... no one got back to me so I called again. Nice lady tracks the nightstand to a different warehouse and said give us 7-10 days then we'll reschedule your delivery. 10 days pass ...... crickets. I call again. Different nice lady tracks it down and gives me the exact same answer - at a different warehouse, give us 7-10 days. At this point I said no thanks just cancel the order. They said so sorry, we'll give you a discount on your upcoming PBK order (a separate order scheduled to come in March). I said thank you, that's the least you can do. Now it gets worse...... are you ready? Nice PB lady #1 put some notes in my profile about how PBK needs to give us a discount for this whole ordeal. Nice PB lady #2 adds more notes to my profile reiterating yes, these people need a discount. PB lady #2 gives me the phone number for PBK and says call them, they'll get you sorted and make it right. I call...... PBK says sorry, we can't give you a discount. PB is a "separate company" and can't do that. I said ok F you guys, cancel this order too I'm just. They say great, we'll give you a $4K PB credit! I said no, that's unacceptable I want a full refund to my credit card. They say ok we can give you a partial refund, you'll still have to pay the shipping costs (despite the fact that my order hasn't shipped yet). I took this all the way up through multiple managers and never could get my shipping costs refunded. Long story short: I almost spent $10K at this company in a 6 month period. Now they will never get a dime from me. Hope the $400 they kept for my "shipping costs" was worth it for losing a lifetime customer. Don't order from PB or PBK. Don't make the mistakes I did.
