But the other day, I ran into my first ever issue--the automatic wash took my payment and told me to pull forward, but the door wouldn't open. I called the number on the door, and the owner answered. He was incredibly kind, made sure I got the wash I paid for later that day when I had time, and even offered me a free one for the inconvenience. The customer service and the car wash itself are top-notch, and I highly recommend it. They'll definitely continue to get my business!

The code was only good through the month so we went through the wash again. This time we got the full cycle including some unattractive multi-colored glop. The car wash does a good job and you can get a $1 discount if you purchase 7 gallons of fuel or more. You can purchase a car wash at the entrance with cash, code from pump or inside, or using a debit/CC. They also seem to run out of the fountain drinks and flavorings quite often. Like once a day no one just runs down the entire fountain to see what's ok and what isn't it? I question if they're removing the nozzles and cleaning them then if no one seems to test these. Sharon the one employee seems a bit abrasive all the time. I guess its' Bucky's policy to say, "Once it says Approved, you're good to go". Sometimes I'm standing their waiting on their end of the terminal for the card payment to go through and she likes yells at you again, "You can go once it says Approved sir". Today I discovered this new location on South 72nd in Omaha and gave it a try. Same quality car wash as the other locations I've tried, convenient location I pass all the time, and the vacuums work great.
