Premier used quality workers (siding we had Tony and his brother, and the gutter guy, I didn't even get his name because he completed the entire house while I was at work!). I recall a time as Premier was re-roofing our garage that a piece of the roofing fell off snapping our garage door opener's line. The damage wasn't noticed until around 5pm. Premier had a garage door repairman out the following day to have it fixed. Again, I highly recommend this local business. I will use them again if needed.

The crew did fantastic work, and worked until dark for the 4 days they were there, but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the scope of work. But what they lacked in manpower, they made up for in sheer hard work. That said, Premier Home Designs was the least expensive and still offered the best product. And because of the communication issues we had, I was generously compensated after the job was completed. Gregg also helped me finance part of the roof and at 0% interest. That was a tremendous benefit and definately helped us out. I would hire again and recommend to friends and family.

Dave patched the roof where the chimney had come up through and shingled it and also put new brick in the wall where the pipe had come out to vent the stove. Another worker came and trimmed and painted under the eave and sealed the inside wall. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the job they did and will recommend them to anyone who needs work on their house done.

Never again!! Broken windows (by the siding workers), ripped out cable from slip shot work (no cable for a week, yea that was just great), poorly wrapped window siding that are falling apart still, and a list of other items that were/are a major fail. Topping that list was the unprofessional workers who felt it necessary to cat call the neighbors daughter repeatedly (a wife and mother), ignorance clearly runs ramped with who these people hire. Think twice before you call them.

What like my wife and I were gonna do it for them, or hire another company to do it? Claimed we didn't request our detached garage in the bid (like we want our garage a different color than our house?) They ripped all the screens on our windows, ripped our internet hardline out of the wall costing us $200 to get the company to come out and reinstall it. You can see the screws used to secure siding from the street. Left materials thrown about the yard, The project manager Mathew should be flipping burgers in a sleazy diner .... It's going to cost us 3 times the contract amount to fix their work... folks run in the opposite direction...

Sent one guy down to repair it but I still had leaks. Called him back several more times, and eventually he told me that he no longer works for them and gave me Devon's number. I called him about my problems and was told it will be taken care of. Months and months went by, called Devon and the company so much that they quit answering and block my number. Drove 100 miles to the company and talked face to face to them and was promised that they will fix my roof. Months and months went by and still nothing. Hired a lawyer to try to get something done. This cost me more money and was told it would cost a lot more to go to court. This company ruined my roof and I recommend that anyone to look elsewhere for roof repair. I give them no stars.
