I am so impressed with the product and it had a high enough efficiency rating that I was able to receive a $75 rebate per window from OPPD. Their rating was better than Anderson and cost less. From sales to installation everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and communicated effectively. Their team of installers has also been with the company 19 years. My spouse and I decided we wanted to potentially upgrade to a metal roof if possible and talked to multiple reputable companies in the metro area with out much success. A friend recommended Lastime Exteriors whom performed a metal shingle upgrade to his late 1800's restored barn venue and had nothing but positive to say about their quality of work and gave me their contact information. We met with Bob with Lastime and he took us serious from the start and all we can say this was top notch from beginning to end. Not only did he take over communication with the insurance company (which had been nothing but a headache for the prior 5 months) he showed them all the details and materials they had missed in the estimate which added up to thousands of dollars less out of our pocket to cover the upgrade from asphalt to stone covered steel. Our house now has the best looking profile on the street with this upgrade Lastime Exterior installed.

Let Me just say buyer beware I purchased a Boral Stone coated steel roofing system the only thing…read moreon my roof that is Borel are the panels and they're not seated correctly I was supposed to have open valleys I have open and closed alleys because the owner thought I guess I needed them I've got pieces flying off one piece I guess and a lot of it isn't seated Correctly the house siding is a total mess I give him $20000 down product was in stock at the manufacturers was to be in Omaha in 2 weeks and they would start my project well my project didn't finish until fall of 2021 they said Borrell sent the wrong product it was short for the roof they sent black panels instead of the charcoal well if you look at the brochure they don't even make a black panel That can be ordered out of this brochure so I had to wait till the fall of 2020 them to finish that then I asked for a refund on the sighting because they said they couldn't get it and that was followed 20 So what did they do they tore my old siding off leaving all of the curled up lead paint all over my yard all winter long until fall of 2021 my yard was remediated prior and I was very concerned their salesman knew it the owner knew it and they say they're not responsible for all the lead all over my yard and then they didn't use an easy bar I had water snow I should say rain and snow that leaked down behind the porch roofing because they didn't have any siding to put over it so it sat there all winter Spring summer fall With water going down underneath If I could only send pictures I would They just took me to court sued me for balance owed I'm going to appeal it Just let me say buyer beware I'm a 67-year-old lady that doesn't know much about roofing and siding Their salesperson totally lied to me From day one and I blame the owners also cause they backed him They know right from wrong well maybe they don't just buy or beware!! Of course, they woke my wife, who was taking a nap at the time. I have a "NO SOLICITING" sign on my front door, yet they ring the bell, soliciting me. Do your people not read English? Do they not understand what the sign means? Should I put up a larger sign? Should it read something else (like maybe go away, especially if you're Renewal by Andersen)? Maybe they think I'm a new homeowner (this is a transient society), even though I've owned this home for over 30 years. I'm tired of being solicited by the same business over and over.

That is a staggering difference. And the ProVia Endure line is not cheap...but Renewal By Andersen is not reasonable. They oversell the quality and value of their product. Renewal By Andersen also pulled the sales tactic of "this discount is good for just today...but maybe my manager will extend it a few days". I do think they have a good product and that the salesman gave a good presentation.
