After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

One contractor came over on a Thursday and promised us a bid the following week, but over a week -- and several big rainstorms -- went by without any communication from him. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. They started about 10:00 and the job was done, professionally and neatly, in under two hours. These guy are terrific! Give them a try!

We…read morelive in a fairly new home and within our one year warranty, we didn't have any problems... well go figure, the second spring/summer we experienced torrential rain and started noticing a small leak within our dining room roof, whenever the rain came from the south/east. We called the builder who stated "with as much rain as we have gotten a small leak is nothing to worry about." Well that leak turned into bowls filled with water and ceiling damage. Suddenly, getting a hold of our builder was a god-awful task. Five months ago, they said they would make time to check it out, but nothing was really solved; and our cameras didn't show anyone coming to look at it. Our realtor recommended Best Roofing, and within a week our roof was fixed, flashing replaced, and they left no trace of being there (very clean/no nails within our yard) and all within a VERY reasonable price. We had quotes from larger roofing companies within Omaha that was 30x more than what we had paid Best Roofing. I will truly recommend Best Roofing to everyone I know.

I initially contacted several local roofing contractors here in west Omaha, but couldn't even get a return call. With the clock running and mild desperation beginning to set in, I had the good fortune of running into a real estate sales friend from Council Bluffs last Friday who recommended Best Roofing based upon his past experience with Russ and his team on several roof replacements for friends and family members. I immediately left a message for Russ and received a reply within two hours which was rather refreshing. Saturday afternoon Russ arrived at my home and upon inspecting the roof, provided me several options from repair to replacement. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but as we drilled down into the requirements for a new roof, Russ offered me several options that would meet my needs but reduce the overall investment required to replace the roof. I was sold. The Best Roofing team arrived at 8:00 am this past Monday morning and finished the job by early Thursday. I was impressed by the speed and diligence displayed by the roofers who me a comfort level that they knew their business and how to perform their tasks efficiently. I also appreciated the fact that they thoroughly cleaned up around the house each afternoon at dusk, prior to departing. I was so impressed, that I added several additional projects including a detailed tile repair to my master shower and outside trim caulking and painting tasks that coincided with the roof replacement. The project wrapped up this afternoon and my stress levels regarding my old roof have dissipated. At every step in the process, Russ and his team performed to my expectations at a price that was quite competitive. I highly recommend Best Roofing for your consideration when searching for a reliable contractor who will get the job done, stand behind their work and consistently display a proactive, customer service focus.
