They then worked hard to find a financing agreement that fit my budget. In the weeks leading up to the installation I received a phone call a week notifying me of any status changes in shipping from the vendor (There were none). QHE then worked with my schedule to find an installation date. The installers were awesome and worked fast! I was impressed how they cleaned up a few issues with the trim on the old windows. They also asked often if I had any questions during the process and when everything was done took the time to point out some of the specific differences between the old windows and the new replacements. It was a great experience overall and I will be looking to them for any future exterior projects.

BUT, we are very upset with their Program Director, William Lockhart, he is 100% LIAR. When he first came to our house, he was nice and acted like he's trustworthy. HE IS NOT. He gave us all the wrong information regarding the financial part of the deal. First, he quoted us a monthly payment, then it changed, then when we called GreenSky Financing, they made us look stupid. Second, the 5 month promotion, he said, we are not going to pay for anything until the windows were installed. The promotion will start on our 1st payment. Our loan was approved in January 2019, the windows were installed on April 2019. We started making payments on May 2019. In June 2019, we were told the promotion has ended. When I spoke with GreenSky Financing, everyone said, the promotion started in January 2019, when our loan was approved!!! How can the promotion run if the windows were not even installed. We were incurring interest rate even though the window is not yet installed!!! From the moment William Lockhart stepped into our, all I ever asked him was to be honest. Give us the exact monthly payments without any hidden agenda. Tell us exactly what to expect...he promised he will. HE IS LIAR! We never asked for freebies, or discount or special treatment, we only wanted him to tell us the truth. When he told us that our account with GreenSky was updated, and said that we can check it right away, we did...guess what, GreenSky Financing told us otherwise! When we decided to cancel the deal, William Lockhart had the nerve to threaten us with their Lawyers! Although we love our windows, because Gary did an awesome job, we 100% regret dealing with William Lockhart!!! This is my sad experience and I will tell everyone we know.

I decided to give them another shot, but this time I called. I actually felt like I was bothering the person who answered the phone. She seemed annoyed with each question she asked (name, address, etc.). She said someone would be in touch and I was contacted the next day. On Monday of this week (7/8/2024), I was told that someone looked at my house and that I had a lot of damage. I thought that was a little odd because I'm home most days and didn't see anyone. I also have cameras in front and behind my house and they were never triggered, but I shrugged it off. The appointment today was for between 11 and noon. The person texted and said he would be here between 11-11:15. At 11:20, I got this text: "Hey, David Cricket husker. Putting together your information head your way going through the pictures. I got your pictures. Confuse with another house. I use their address for you. And after looking at the reports, and I've looked in a couple. Other houses out in your neighborhood. You don't have hail damage. I do apologize." . Here's the rest: Husker: I'm so sorry. Your area didn't get hit Me: My pictures? No one has been here yet. My house is on ----- Drive. The house three houses down from me is getting their roof replaced today due to the hail damage Husker: Let me get back to the office. Double check all this. I'm waiting for a call back from. He does my roofing up inspections. Give me a minute please. Me: I have cameras on the front and back of my house. I can tell you nobody has been here since I contacted you to look at my house. Husker: Okay. Waiting for ---- to text me back. I'll get this figured out. Me: At the risk of sounding like a total jerk, this has frustrated me enough that I'm already looking at another company. You could be here looking at the roof in the amount of time it takes to wait on a text. Husker: That's definitely your prerogative, but I'm 65. I don't get on roofs anymore. I gave this to ----. I just want to confirm if he was there and what he found.
