I am so impressed with the product and it had a high enough efficiency rating that I was able to receive a $75 rebate per window from OPPD. Their rating was better than Anderson and cost less. From sales to installation everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and communicated effectively. Their team of installers has also been with the company 19 years. Discount window and door will be my first call for these services going forward.

Gary came to our house, answered our questions, and gave a reasonable quote. We were given the time frame of 4-6 weeks for the crew to come out. Which was fine, we weren't in a dire need. I was surprised to get a call about two weeks later that the crew can install the gutters sooner than expected. Which was perfect timing because they held up against the storm that we had in April.

And I told them todo what they needed to fix my leak on my roof. They said ok, warned me that they are a two week wait period again. Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was.
