Jerry's installed our original sump pump and interior French drain system that's kept us dry for over 30 years. When the pump finally gave out Jerry's called back in less than an hour. I called Jerrys out to provide an estimate repair / install a basement egress window well. The estimator owner showed up quickly and on time. He explained the process in depth and what was required. He said he would have an estimate over in a couple of days. After 2 weeks I called and text the gentleman multiple times and he never called back. I also called the office twice and left a message and he never called back. It's really unfortunate because I didn't plan to get a second quote the project was theirs if they would just returned the calls and provided an estimate. Bad customer service. They installed a Radon Mitigation in our house prior to our purchase of it as part of the closing. It was fine for 1 month and than it appeared to be leaking. After several trips turns out it was installed under a pluming that leaked. It was fixed by installing a simple stop at the top of the gauge. When they did that we were charged because it was "not their fault" there was a leak. What not just install the stop EVERY time you put a gauge under exposed pluming???? read more

I am not happy with Jerry's Waterproofing. I bought the house in 2007 before Jerry's Waterproofing done multiple works for the house. One when the house was built in 1992. Then they came back and did the work in 1994, 2004 and 2006. All this information, I got it from their office. Now, my basement got a water problem with the existing work. I called the office and they said they could not retrieve the document of the old work. Mark (one of the owners) came out to my house and he denied the warranty on the work that they have done. The thing that bothered me the most is: they guarantee the work for 20 years, but they did not keep all the paperwork for 20 years. Now, without any proof and paperwork to show me what sections or work they had done for the house 4 times, they denied all the warranty. I had Thrasher, Quality Foundation Repair, and BDB Waterproofing for an estimate. By looking at the work that was done, they knew it was Jerry's work. They also mentioned that the "technology" that they used was the technology in the year of 2000 or 2005. Anyway, they denied all the warranty when can't provide me any proof of warranty or work for the year of 2004 and 2006, which made me feel so frustrated. With multiple times doing the fix for my house, I am very hesitant to ask them to do another job for my house again. Also, they can't keep the paperwork for the warranty for their customers and denied their responsibility for their work that made me NOT TRUST in them anymore. read more

We needed a radon fan replaced. They were able to do it quickly, and without problem. We were selling our house at the time, and they worked well with the realtor. The people who bought our house got some really bad advice from the home inspector about radon systems. Jerry's did a great job helping to find a solution (for a non-existent problem). They occasionally have some time management problems, but I was okay with that because I was happy with their work and customer service. read more

We were really excited to get our basement taken care of, and the work was done rather quick! One week for a sump pump, and wall anchors. Very happy with that. what I was VERY unimpressed by was their professionalism. We found Monster cans in our flower beds, their work items strewn out in our back yard. We had to call and ask if they were done working because there was no communication from them. What upset me the most was one day 1 I asked them if our dog would be a problem knowing they could exit and enter the house without even opening the door to the upstairs. I was told "no no! she'll be fine!" - we do not kennel or lock her up, we simply close the door to the basement so she doesn't go down there, but has the whole upstairs to roam. When I would come home, she would be locked up in he back spare guest/storage room which was full of everything and there was a 3 foot by 2 foot space for her to be. On the second day one of my cats also got locked in there all day, and as a result she peed in the room. When I would get home at 6pm my dog would be whining by the door and would immediately run to the water dish for water since the tiny area she had to lay in got pelleted by the sun all day. Overall, their work is good, but they need to be more upfront if they want animals moved around or even out of the house during the process, and about whether or not they need access to the upstairs level. We likely won't call them again, but we are appreciative of their quick work. read more

We used them for water in our basement issues and these guys went out of their way to solve our issues. First he tried to avoid putting in a sump pump at all and gave us some things to try. Then he came back to look into the issue couldn't find anything so we had to get a sump pump other company thrasher told us it would b almost 8 thousand dollars for a pump these guys did it for less than three thousand and gave us a 20 year guarantee. Then we had totally normal issues after they did it where it looked wet they made another trip out to check on it for us and when we apologized for making them come all the way out to our house they were so kind and understanding I will recommend them to anyone who needs anything done these guys our wonderful they made a very stressful situation so much better! read more

We had an awful experience with Jerry's Basement Waterproofing and I would not recommend them. They were hired to install a radon mitigation system in our home before we closed on it and moved in. The pipe for the mitigation was installed too close to the plumbing for the kitchen and a pipe from the kitchen sink was cut, which caused water damage in the basement. After closer inspection, it was clearly caused by the technician cutting through the wall in order to make the mitigation pipe fit. The plumber we hired to fix it as well as the company cleaning up the water damaged agreed it had to be the cause. When we approached the company about it, they denied that it was them and refused to make it right. read more

I've used Jerry's twice. Once for radon mitigation and once for a leaky basement. Both times these guys were excellent. The leaky basement issue didn't get resolved right away, but Jerry's stayed engaged until the problem was fixed. These guys are are "old timers" and they know what they're doing. read more

I am not recommending this business as they have incompetent employees, poor customer service, and sub-par work. They installed a radon mititgation system in our house. After the test results came back high, they came back out to re-inspect our system, claiming that a larger fan should solve the issue. Upon inspection, it was a much bigger issue than a larger fan; the original crew had drilled a foot hole into our sewer line. We had been breathing in sewage-filled air, as well as sewage not being properly drained away from our foundation of our house, for over 5 weeks! One of the men told us that the person that installed it originally is their best employee, and he was surprised that he had installed the system. After unsucessfully trying to reach their plumber, the crew went on to the next job and stated there was nothing they could do today, but maybe in the next few days they could get their plumber out to look at it. Being very displeased with the way this situation was being handled, I called the co-owner. To shorten this story: the co-owner came to our house; they turned off all of our water; they jack-hammered up the basement floor; took wheelbarrows of concrete out of the house; OUR PLUMBER came in and fixed the sewer line; they brought in buckets of new concrete. After all was said and done, they complained about the costs of having to pay the plumber "after hours" pay. Additionally, we had asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience of having to take 7 days off from work, for breathing sewage-filled air for 5 weeks, for having sewage not being properly drained away from the foundation of our home, and for having our new construction home destroyed. After weeks of leaving voicemails, the co-owner finally returned our call replying that they would be unable to issue a partial refund. Please consider using a business that will provide quality work and good customer service. There are businesses out there that DO care about their customers! read more
