There are a lot of contractors out there, and that's why I'd like to leave a review. We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team. We're currently having Siefken replace the windows in our home. This is our first time using them outside of roofing, and their team has been great to work with once again. I can't sing their praises enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Omaha area.

What a lifesaver. We…read morelive in a fairly new home and within our one year warranty, we didn't have any problems... well go figure, the second spring/summer we experienced torrential rain and started noticing a small leak within our dining room roof, whenever the rain came from the south/east. We called the builder who stated "with as much rain as we have gotten a small leak is nothing to worry about." Well that leak turned into bowls filled with water and ceiling damage. Suddenly, getting a hold of our builder was a god-awful task. Five months ago, they said they would make time to check it out, but nothing was really solved; and our cameras didn't show anyone coming to look at it. Our realtor recommended Best Roofing, and within a week our roof was fixed, flashing replaced, and they left no trace of being there (very clean/no nails within our yard) and all within a VERY reasonable price. We had quotes from larger roofing companies within Omaha that was 30x more than what we had paid Best Roofing. I will truly recommend Best Roofing to everyone I know.

I had the good fortune (or misfortune) to discover within the past two weeks that my 20-year-old…read moreshake shingle roof was near the end of its useful like and required either repair or replacement before winter. I initially contacted several local roofing contractors here in west Omaha, but couldn't even get a return call. With the clock running and mild desperation beginning to set in, I had the good fortune of running into a real estate sales friend from Council Bluffs last Friday who recommended Best Roofing based upon his past experience with Russ and his team on several roof replacements for friends and family members. I immediately left a message for Russ and received a reply within two hours which was rather refreshing. Saturday afternoon Russ arrived at my home and upon inspecting the roof, provided me several options from repair to replacement. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but as we drilled down into the requirements for a new roof, Russ offered me several options that would meet my needs but reduce the overall investment required to replace the roof. I was sold. The Best Roofing team arrived at 8:00 am this past Monday morning and finished the job by early Thursday. I was impressed by the speed and diligence displayed by the roofers who me a comfort level that they knew their business and how to perform their tasks efficiently. I also appreciated the fact that they thoroughly cleaned up around the house each afternoon at dusk, prior to departing. I was so impressed, that I added several additional projects including a detailed tile repair to my master shower and outside trim caulking and painting tasks that coincided with the roof replacement. The project wrapped up this afternoon and my stress levels regarding my old roof have dissipated. At every step in the process, Russ and his team performed to my expectations at a price that was quite competitive. I highly recommend Best Roofing for your consideration when searching for a reliable contractor who will get the job done, stand behind their work and consistently display a proactive, customer service focus.
