The crew did fantastic work, and worked until dark for the 4 days they were there, but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the scope of work. But what they lacked in manpower, they made up for in sheer hard work. That said, Premier Home Designs was the least expensive and still offered the best product. And because of the communication issues we had, I was generously compensated after the job was completed. Gregg also helped me finance part of the roof and at 0% interest. That was a tremendous benefit and definately helped us out. I would hire again and recommend to friends and family.

Now he calls us liars, that he has been recording my hubby and I without our knowledge or permission...etc. He is unstable and saddened he came recommend to work with. Never work this person!

Sent one guy down to repair it but I still had leaks. Called him back several more times, and eventually he told me that he no longer works for them and gave me Devon's number. I called him about my problems and was told it will be taken care of. Months and months went by, called Devon and the company so much that they quit answering and block my number. Drove 100 miles to the company and talked face to face to them and was promised that they will fix my roof. Months and months went by and still nothing. Hired a lawyer to try to get something done. This cost me more money and was told it would cost a lot more to go to court. This company ruined my roof and I recommend that anyone to look elsewhere for roof repair. I give them no stars.

After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

One contractor came over on a Thursday and promised us a bid the following week, but over a week -- and several big rainstorms -- went by without any communication from him. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. They started about 10:00 and the job was done, professionally and neatly, in under two hours. These guy are terrific! Give them a try!

Once again, as our initial contact, Aaron accurately assisted us with defining the project while Brian efficiently managed the logistics of supply orders and delivery. As the project's foreman, Marty's professionalism was phenomenal! As in our previous bath project, he once again expertly managed the on-site project details, helping us find the perfect tile shower accents--from the decorative bands to the practical niches--and ensuring a high-quality and timely finished product. Miles was also an amazing and talented asset as he joined Marty (even on Saturdays) in completing the bulk of tile work as well as installation of the various bathroom components in a timely manner. Eli was instrumental in skillfully completing various tasks, including staining the doors and caulking the shower. And, Scotty did a wonderful job with both staining the doors and managing the site cleanup. As we had observed in our previous interactions with Cornerstone, all of their employees are extremely knowledgeable, tremendously helpful, incredibly personable, and exceptionally gifted professionals.
