Once again, as our initial contact, Aaron accurately assisted us with defining the project while Brian efficiently managed the logistics of supply orders and delivery. As the project's foreman, Marty's professionalism was phenomenal! As in our previous bath project, he once again expertly managed the on-site project details, helping us find the perfect tile shower accents--from the decorative bands to the practical niches--and ensuring a high-quality and timely finished product. Miles was also an amazing and talented asset as he joined Marty (even on Saturdays) in completing the bulk of tile work as well as installation of the various bathroom components in a timely manner. Eli was instrumental in skillfully completing various tasks, including staining the doors and caulking the shower. And, Scotty did a wonderful job with both staining the doors and managing the site cleanup. As we had observed in our previous interactions with Cornerstone, all of their employees are extremely knowledgeable, tremendously helpful, incredibly personable, and exceptionally gifted professionals. Thank you for another phenomenal job, Cornerstone; you are one of our favorite contractors!

Cornerstone impressed us by the fairness of their estimate and their overall professionalism. The work itself was exemplary, everything was done to our specifications. From making stunning custom shelves to house my record collection to running conduit to allow us to easily install an overhead projector Cornerstone completely nailed this job. We will use them in the future for any other contracting needs and I give Aaron and his crew my highest recommendation.

They worked with us to create the perfect layout and cozy feel for our basement. Also they were able to design a barn door for us from a picture of one I saw in a store and it looks better than the picture I gave them. They also had the brilliant idea of having the front of the bar match the barn door. I love the creativity and expert knowledge they have. I highly recommend Dennis and Son for your next project. After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

One contractor came over on a Thursday and promised us a bid the following week, but over a week -- and several big rainstorms -- went by without any communication from him. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. They started about 10:00 and the job was done, professionally and neatly, in under two hours. These guy are terrific! Give them a try!
