After we had a devastating hail storm this past summer, AJ and his team replaced our roof, downspouts, painted the garage and found a subcontractor to power wash and stain our deck. AJ was great to work with and guided us through the insurance claim process. His pricing is very reasonable compared to other contractors in the area. The most important thing to me when doing business with someone is communication. Even though he is very busy, AJ always responds to messages within a reasonable amount of time. The crew did fantastic work, and worked until dark for the 4 days they were there, but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the scope of work. But what they lacked in manpower, they made up for in sheer hard work. That said, Premier Home Designs was the least expensive and still offered the best product. And because of the communication issues we had, I was generously compensated after the job was completed. Gregg also helped me finance part of the roof and at 0% interest.
