And I told them todo what they needed to fix my leak on my roof. They said ok, warned me that they are a two week wait period again. Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. McKinnis told me what they were going todo, and said it would take 3 to 4 hrs.

The person that cleans our gutters said the roof was getting pretty bad, so we started trying to find someone to do the job. When Wayne came out, he inspected our roof, and it was past repairing. He walked us through what going through our insurance would entail. I got ahold of our insurance, and they agreed with everything Wayne had said. So, instead of getting our roof repaired, we got a new roof, new gutters, some painting and some window work done that we hadn't even realized we needed. All for the price of our deductible. We set up a time for the work to start, and Cody and his team were on time and just wonderful! Cody is a young person that has a great head for business and still knows the old rules of how to treat a customer. It was just a pleasant experience. If every business ran like Abbott's, it would be a better world. They did an absolutely great job on our house, but also made sure there was no debris left in our yard, or our neighbors. The whole crew were friendly and so respectful. You just don't find that anymore. It was so reassuring to know that Cody was onsite for the entire job. It's nice to know that as an owner of the business, he cares enough about customers to be there. I never thought that having a roof done could make such a difference, but the look of the house is beautiful. There aren't words enough to describe the kind of customer service that you get with Abbott's. It's "old time" service. They definitely go above and beyond. Low rates, the very best quality workmanship, and customer service that just doesn't end. From Wayne taling us through the whole experience to begin with so there were no surprises, to Cody actually doing the work so there were no surprises, we just really felt like what we wanted mattered to them. The sales staff are very nice and extremely responsive as are the service coordinators. When finalizing the order I asked that the 14 windows in one day which I was assured would not be a problem. Our install date happened to fall on the coldest day of January but at 8 am three crews showed up as scheduled. Overall the crew were kind and hard working especially given the extreme temperature but a huge concern was the fact that they did not cover furniture before putting their tools down. Pictures will follow. I brought this up with the salesman and received an apologetic postcard :/ I asked questions throughout the install all of which were answered. There were also issues with some of the hardware which was all fixed. Overall the experience was ok. With the 40% off the pricing was great but really didn't like the lack of respect for my home.
