Showed up when they said they would, explained everything, answered questions, and did an all-around great job! Highly recommended for professionalism, service, and personality. We'd had previous companies state they were unable to complete the job due to how tall our house was. Wasn't a problem for Jones and Son, who knocked it out of the park. Keep up the great work!

Not only did they not call and say they were not going to show, or that there was an issue, they did not send a text, or an email, or call my Mom. No explanation of anything to either of us. I would not chose to use this company based on the lack professionalism, lack of communication, lack of respect. If the company treats customers with this little respect on a bid, what would it be like to do business with them.

After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

One contractor came over on a Thursday and promised us a bid the following week, but over a week -- and several big rainstorms -- went by without any communication from him. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. They started about 10:00 and the job was done, professionally and neatly, in under two hours. These guy are terrific! Give them a try!

Hired Andre's move-in/move-out cleaning service to do a full house clean off of the website…read moreThumbtack. He provided an extremely reasonable quote that was below some other cleaning services and stuck to it. The house had some pretty filthy areas, especially in the fridge, oven, light fixtures and around the door frames. Everything was cleaned expertly. The fridge and oven were even pulled out and cleaned completely inside and out. The grime was nowhere to be seen once they were done. Andre even managed to get the hard water stains off of the fridge water dispenser. For a little extra, they shampooed the carpet for the entire house, which is most of the house, and applied Scotchgard to all of it. There was nothing that I asked for to be cleaned that was left dirty. The only thing that wasn't cleaned were underside of the window and sliding door tracks, but I didn't ask about those and I think that's pretty understandable. Andre and his son were friendly and professional, and I highly recommend them for any major cleaning service you need.

Hiring The Handy Guys to complete several projects in our house was the best decision that we made!…read moreWe had a leaky window that was up in the corner of our 16ft ceiling in our bedroom and it had rotted all the wood around and underneath it. The Handy Guys replaced it beautifully, along with a new sliding patio door. They also did a large amount of dry wall work for us in our basement, as well as create a new storage area underneath our stairs. We also hired them to do interior painting. Everything they did, they exceeded any expectation we had. We highly recommend them to all of our friends and family and are in the process of booking them again for another project. I would also like to say that all of the workers were polite, respectful and very skilled. They truly know what they are doing and I was very confident in everything they did. Definitely hire The Handy Guys for your next home project!
