And I told them todo what they needed to fix my leak on my roof. They said ok, warned me that they are a two week wait period again. Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. If you are, thank you so much for your help. I was 2 hours away from home after an 1800 mile drive from CA, when my windshield cracked and I had to pull over. My insurance company recommended Glass Doctor. I was exhausted and wasn't sure how long this would take but Glass Doctor came through in record time. They called to have the windshield delivered asap and when I brought my Jeep in over an hour before my appointment, they drove it into the garage to prep it. I was home in Des Moines by 5:30pm. And so grateful to them for being so thorough and efficient. I couldn't stop raving about Glass Doctor to my family and insurance agent. They gave us our last invoice and we payed them the next day and they cashed the check 3 days later. 3 weeks later, the owner says that gave us the wrong bill and want us to pay more. They did good work, but they are slow and unprofessional in asking for more money after they accepted the final payment.
