Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. Paragon will give you a fair price while still providing professional service and quality workmanship. They stand behind their work and make sure the job is done right. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. When I got home the roof looked amazing and when I had questions Brandon was happy to come back out and explain everything. If you need exterior work done, call these guys and you wont regret it.

They haven't paid their contractors either. I just came home today and received a letter from the company that Home Matters contracted with asking me for the payment for the drywall that they installed into my house. I am waiting on others to show up. They have retained 90 percent of the total that I paid them. As they require 90 percent of the job upfront. The only work performed was the electrical, which is still not completed, and the drywall and ceilings. Which now the drywall company is at my door to pay them. I wouldn't have put up the review, however now that other vendors and knocking at my door to be paid, I felt that others need to be warned.

We had 107 mph winds with rain in Omaha NE that resulted in a leak in our kitchen. We had never…read morehad a leak before. We thought it came from a roof turbine so we called Thompson and Thompson because they have experience with wind turbines. Dan Evans came out and determined that perhaps we had a seal on a turbine that was leaking. So we replaced not one but 4 turbines at a cost of $1200. He assured us that after we replaced them we could repair our ceiling so we did. Subsequently after the repair of the ceiling we had an 87 mph wind With rain. We had water in the same spot and other additional spots this time. I'm 73 years old and I had never been in the attic before. But I crawled up there to see if I could find the problem. I was appalled at the condition of the insulation where we had the leak. It had been spread around so that it was 2-3 inches thick in some places and bare in others. It was apparent the leak had been looked for but the insulation had not been put back in place. Water did come in from the turbine. It was not excessive but it was enough to stain the ceiling. I found the original leak to be coming from the hot water vent. It was quite obvious. I had that repaired by a HVAC contractor for $400. And an insulation contractor fixed the insulation at a cost of $3000. This included extra insulation to make it correct throughput the attic. They may be good roofing contractors, but seem to know little about fixing leaks. It cost me at least $1200 I didn't need to spend.

I was struck by a BDM driver, by the name of Donovan, his passenger's name was Zach. The Driver rear ended me at an intersection off of 84th and City Center.........and admitted in front of an eye witness that the vehicle he was driving had bad breaks. I asked the driver to provide me with his insurance information and to wait, as the police were on their way and I wanted there to be an official report involving both of our statements. That is when he started telling me that "he had to go, that his boss said to go". He told me "his boss would text me HIS (the owner of the company) insurance information. Problem is, I came to find out, that insurance only covers the owner of the vehicle and company himself (TRAMAYNE WATSON) and no one else. Mr Watson is now avoiding me, not answering my calls,( it has now ow been over a month and I'm still driving around with a damaged bumper as well as internal damage to the vehicles frame) and refusing to compensate me a single penny. I feel that I am a victim of something none the less akin to a hit and run. I am currently dealing with this situation via legal action and will not stop until Tramayne Watson and his employee that struck me take responsibility for their actions or are penalized under the law. AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are negligent, irresponsible and dishonest. If an accident occurs at their fault, in your home or place of business, YOU WILL BE THE ONE TO PAY THE PRICE.
