The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service. Do not go to this place, it's an absolute waste of your time. Go to other better places.

I took off the cover and found where it was leaking behind the insulation. i called Continental and asked them to come take a look to see if they could repair the leak. Ashley has been the store manager the entire time and has gone above and beyond for us. I love that the chemicals are much higher quality that other places Example Leslie's shock has 76% available chlorine to the 50% available you could buy at walmart or other places. So for the extra buck you get more product! I have also ordered some custom equipment as well, Ashley has brought in a new light housing and some great solar lights toys as well. She went out of her way to track down from other stores multiple items and get them in for me.

She walked me through different options, explained everything clearly, and even came out to our house to measure the space so there were no surprises. On top of that, she made the whole process so easy--everything that was included, she clearly explained, and made it stress-free. By the end of it, I felt confident, taken care of, and actually excited about the decision. We purchased an Executive Dimension One spa from Outdoor Living in Omaha, expecting a premium…read moreproduct and service to match the high price. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but frustrating from the start. Installation was a mess--they had to come out twice because they ordered the wrong lid and incorrect wall color. Instead of replacing the spa with what we actually purchased, they patched it together by replacing parts and offering a minor discount. In hindsight, this decision seems to have caused ongoing issues. Since then, we've dealt with bending panels, lights falling out, and broken jets. After just two years, the spa cover was completely moldy--even though we maintained it properly, drained it twice a year, and stayed on top of chemicals. We noticed the cover wasn't sealing correctly, letting in air, dirt, and bugs. We ended up spending another $1,200 to replace it. Just one year later, the replacement cover also developed mold. We contacted Outdoor Living again and paid $850 for what was supposed to be a full service--drain, refill, filter cleaning, and cover cleaning--along with additional repairs. Afterward, the mold was still there. I personally spent two hours on a ladder cleaning what they supposedly addressed. When I raised concerns, Paul told me the mold was "our problem" because it had gotten inside the cover. That response, combined with the poor service, was incredibly disappointing. At this point, we've spent over $22,000 on a spa that continues to have issues and requires constant additional expenses. This has been a money pit, and Outdoor Living has been extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend Outdoor Living. They sold us one product, delivered another, and have not stood behind their work or service.
