Assuming it'd be easy to get someone to come out and assess the situation, I proceeded to call several Omaha-area hot tub companies with little success. They either didn't service our product or didn't even bother to return our calls. Grrrr!!! Fortunately I stumbled upon Jason who promptly responded to our service request and quickly made time in his schedule to inspect our hot tub and diagnose the issue. I was pleasantly surprised he found a replacement pump for nearly $200 less than I would've paid online and then he installed it the day it arrived. He was easy to work with through the process...great customer-centered attitude, conversational, and extremely honest! I wish I could thank the author of a random post who mentioned he'd worked with Jason earlier to get his hot tub fixed when other businesses had failed to meet his expectations. Since completion, we have had to deal with a surprising number of issues, considering this was a $120k investment. What was just as frustrating as the repairs themselves has been the lack of communication and follow-through from Artison. Scheduling warranty work, getting updates, and receiving responses required repeated follow-ups on our part. Artison would often blame subcontractors, however, it is their responsibility to prioritize and oversee the work of their subcontractors. This is the first negative Google review I have ever done on a company, but we want people looking to get a pool to be informed as we would not have used them had we known about the quality and communication issues.

The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, and reliable. Jared has never let me down. His work is always to perfection. He opens and closes my pool at the beginning and end of the season, has performed maintenance on my pool with weekly cleanings, heater and lighting repair, he maintains my hot tub.
