I love that the chemicals are much higher quality that other places Example Leslie's shock has 76% available chlorine to the 50% available you could buy at walmart or other places. So for the extra buck you get more product! I have also ordered some custom equipment as well, Ashley has brought in a new light housing and some great solar lights toys as well. She went out of her way to track down from other stores multiple items and get them in for me.

He offered great advice and explained the benefits of owning a Hot Springs. It helped that he himself owns a Hot Springs. Portion of my review that was left on Hot Springs website: My first concern was heat loss and the increase to our electric bill. We live in Nebraska and keep the hot tub between 101-104. I haven't noticed the increase in our electric bill which was exactly what I wanted. I'm sure it has increased some if I analyzed my bills. The second thing was reliability. Now we've only had the hot tub for 1 year, but so far no issues. We also purchased the ACE Salt System which I highly recommend. I feel that it is much easier on the skin than other systems. I gave them three stars due to how friendly the pool guy was but was disappointed on their follow up and late billing.

Despite multiple visits, the pool and spa were never properly repaired -- the thermostat was not fixed, the pH levels were not balanced, and the system ultimately failed inspection. We have the inspector's report confirming these issues. Communication with the office was one of the biggest challenges. Rebecca, in particular, was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during multiple phone calls. Instead of helping resolve the issues, she often spoke in a condescending tone and made the process even more difficult. Several of the technicians privately mentioned they have had similar issues dealing with her, which only reinforced our experience. Attempts to reach the owner went unanswered, and calls to Jonathan, one of the technicians, were not returned. Because the spa still wasn't working after repeated visits, I paid Jonathan $50 in cash just to get it operational -- yet the problems continued. Nothing was fully resolved, and we were left with a failed inspection and an unusable pool and spa. We will be submitting all documentation to the BBB, including the inspection report and communication records. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We had a cement pool built in the 60's with a fiberglass liner. It has been a very frustrating process and every year our pool got opened at the mercy of the pool providers. We finally needed to fix the underlying problem instead of the "bandage" so we called Premier Pools/Spas. Aaron and his crew came out and tore out the fiberglass liner and repaired the cement structure. They were knowledgeable, timely and our pool has never looked or functioned better.
