Let's just say that they've had $120,000 of our money for 2 years and we are not the only ones. There is no way that the current positive reviews are real. We paid 50% in October of 2021 and then 45% in March which was in the contract. We were to be swimming in July of 2021 but that did not happen. It is now 2 years later and the project is still not completed. They do not reply to calls, text messages or emails. I have mostly worked with Erik & Allen who are not owners but they are a big part of the problem. I would imagine that they just relay what they are being told by the owners, Aaron Stanger and his wife. WOWT / Mike McKnight just did a story on them and this is nothing short of a ponzi scheme in my opinion. Crazy thing is, they seemed to be a legit pool contractor before 2021. They claim labor shortages but they keep taking on new contracts and getting 95% of the money while promising a pool in 90 days. People have had liens put against their property due to the concrete contractors & plaster installers not getting paid by Premier. I am at the end of my rope. The contract says that I cannot post this without notifying them first. I have notified them and I am done. This has put a strain on every area of my life.

We initially contacted the local Caldera dealer to service the spa we inherited at the home we…read morepurchased. After leaving 3 messages and talking to 3 different people without getting anyone to show up, we reached out to Caldera's headquarters for alternative support. They provided Mr. Novak's contact information & we were very thankful for the referral. Mr. Novak returned our call immediately. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, provided a temporary fix and provided education on what to expect next. Since we didn't inherit a manual with the hot tub, he made a special trip back out to our home & dropped off a copy of a full manual without charge. We subsequently needed to contact Mr. Novak again, as we anticipated based on the education provided. He initially attempted to help us troubleshoot over the phone on a Friday evening into the weekend when we had company using the Spa in an attempt to get it working again quickly. Mr. Novak then showed us the issue and walked us through the options. He called to see if the part we needed was going to be available for order while he was with us so we would know what to expect for pricing and timing. The part was ordered and received on a Friday. Mr. Novak was going to be out of town early the next week, so instead of making us wait, we got a call Sunday afternoon letting us know he had been out & completed the install so we didn't have to wait for his return. Mr. Novak was very patient with our many questions and provided valuable education and service. He was very responsive and very professional. The fees for his service were also reasonable. We will contact Mr. Novak again should we need help in the future. He has earned our trust!

We had been having issues…read morewith what we suspected to be one of our pumps, and called a number of local hot tub repair companies to get some help. All of the other companies wanted to charge $85-100 just to come check out what the problem was, $400+ for a new pump, not including taxes and fees, and $85+ per hour for installation. Mr. Novak, however, was different. When I called him the first time, he was extremely kind and informative. Although I repeated what others had told me was the problem, he asserted there was no way that someone would be able to tell what the problem was over the phone, and that he would be happy to come out and check things out for himself. Why waste the money on a brand new pump when it could be a minor issue? He managed to stop by the very next day between calls to check out the hot tub and to investigate whether the pump was the issue. He also came back AGAIN to run multiple tests to confirm that the pump could not be repaired as opposed to being replaced. THIS WAS ALL FREE OF CHARGE. He was able to order a new pump for us, which was almost $100 less than what others had quoted and arrived in just a few days, and only charged us for an hour of work, which was also cheaper than what I had been quoted by other companies. He got our hot tub working like new and ready for us to enjoy within no time! I will also add that Mr. Novak noticed that we were missing the cap for our filter, and stopped by a few days later to drop off a spare that he had. WHAT AN AWESOME GESTURE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I can't say how much again we love Mr. Novak and look forward to using him in the future for whatever hot tub needs we have. Thanks Mr. Novak!!!!

I dropped my pool cleaner off to be worked on at the…read morebeginning of April and was told it would be about 2 weeks and I am now looking at them having it for 6 weeks and my husband went in the other day to see how much longer and they said they had no idea, they haven't even looked at it yet, but mine will be one of the first to be looked at whenever they get around to it. No calls, no updates, no apology, nothing. This store has been terrible since Ashley left.

I have been using this Leslie's for our pool supplies for the last 3 years…read more I have nothing but the best service and experiences here. Ashley has been the store manager the entire time and has gone above and beyond for us. I love that the chemicals are much higher quality that other places Example Leslie's shock has 76% available chlorine to the 50% available you could buy at walmart or other places. So for the extra buck you get more product! I have also ordered some custom equipment as well, Ashley has brought in a new light housing and some great solar lights toys as well. She went out of her way to track down from other stores multiple items and get them in for me.

The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service. Do not go to this place, it's an absolute waste of your time. Go to other better places.
