Ashley has been the store manager the entire time and has gone above and beyond for us. I love that the chemicals are much higher quality that other places Example Leslie's shock has 76% available chlorine to the 50% available you could buy at walmart or other places. So for the extra buck you get more product! I have also ordered some custom equipment as well, Ashley has brought in a new light housing and some great solar lights toys as well. She went out of her way to track down from other stores multiple items and get them in for me.

Assuming it'd be easy to get someone to come out and assess the situation, I proceeded to call several Omaha-area hot tub companies with little success. They either didn't service our product or didn't even bother to return our calls. Grrrr!!! Fortunately I stumbled upon Jason who promptly responded to our service request and quickly made time in his schedule to inspect our hot tub and diagnose the issue. I was pleasantly surprised he found a replacement pump for nearly $200 less than I would've paid online and then he installed it the day it arrived. He was easy to work with through the process...great customer-centered attitude, conversational, and extremely honest! Bonsall Pool & Spa built my vinyl-lined swimming pool in 1986. The company did a great job building it and were quick and competent with occasional repairs needed over 35 years. For the last few years, however, the repair department has been unresponsive to my pleas for help. I don't believe they have many trained technicians anymore who can carry out repair jobs. Apparently, their crew in the field is inadequate in meeting the demand. What is the problem with the structure of this business? Is it low salary not attracting knowledgeable technicians? Is it lack of training in specialized pool equipment repair? Whatever the problem, it has lowered the good reputation of Bonsall Pool and Spa. I do not recommend them for pool construction.

They turned our backyard into a personal paradise with this salt water pool. In addition to the pool they did the retaining wall and all the landscaping around the pool. We love their work so much we almost alway tackle a bigger project a year with them. This year it was leveling out a very steep piece of property with another retaining wall and beautiful rock garden.
