I had our hot tub winterized and left for the winter. when we got back the lid had blown open. I am not sure whose fault that was, but after hours of cleaning and filling I discovered a leak. I took off the cover and found where it was leaking behind the insulation. i called Continental and asked them to come take a look to see if they could repair the leak. A serviceman came out for 5 minutes and told me they couldn't do anything. Little did I know they charged my credit card $300.00 and would not refund it when questioned

We initially contacted the local Caldera dealer to service the spa we inherited at the home we…read morepurchased. After leaving 3 messages and talking to 3 different people without getting anyone to show up, we reached out to Caldera's headquarters for alternative support. They provided Mr. Novak's contact information & we were very thankful for the referral. Mr. Novak returned our call immediately. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, provided a temporary fix and provided education on what to expect next. Since we didn't inherit a manual with the hot tub, he made a special trip back out to our home & dropped off a copy of a full manual without charge. We subsequently needed to contact Mr. Novak again, as we anticipated based on the education provided. He initially attempted to help us troubleshoot over the phone on a Friday evening into the weekend when we had company using the Spa in an attempt to get it working again quickly. Mr. Novak then showed us the issue and walked us through the options. He called to see if the part we needed was going to be available for order while he was with us so we would know what to expect for pricing and timing. The part was ordered and received on a Friday. Mr. Novak was going to be out of town early the next week, so instead of making us wait, we got a call Sunday afternoon letting us know he had been out & completed the install so we didn't have to wait for his return. Mr. Novak was very patient with our many questions and provided valuable education and service. He was very responsive and very professional. The fees for his service were also reasonable. We will contact Mr. Novak again should we need help in the future. He has earned our trust!

Mr. Novak is the absolute best and we are so lucky to have found him!!! We had been having issues…read morewith what we suspected to be one of our pumps, and called a number of local hot tub repair companies to get some help. All of the other companies wanted to charge $85-100 just to come check out what the problem was, $400+ for a new pump, not including taxes and fees, and $85+ per hour for installation. Mr. Novak, however, was different. When I called him the first time, he was extremely kind and informative. Although I repeated what others had told me was the problem, he asserted there was no way that someone would be able to tell what the problem was over the phone, and that he would be happy to come out and check things out for himself. Why waste the money on a brand new pump when it could be a minor issue? He managed to stop by the very next day between calls to check out the hot tub and to investigate whether the pump was the issue. He also came back AGAIN to run multiple tests to confirm that the pump could not be repaired as opposed to being replaced. THIS WAS ALL FREE OF CHARGE. He was able to order a new pump for us, which was almost $100 less than what others had quoted and arrived in just a few days, and only charged us for an hour of work, which was also cheaper than what I had been quoted by other companies. He got our hot tub working like new and ready for us to enjoy within no time! I will also add that Mr. Novak noticed that we were missing the cap for our filter, and stopped by a few days later to drop off a spare that he had. WHAT AN AWESOME GESTURE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I can't say how much again we love Mr. Novak and look forward to using him in the future for whatever hot tub needs we have. Thanks Mr. Novak!!!!

If you are even thinking about getting a hot tub, go see Sarena at Outdoor Living Pool & Spa…read more I did a LOT of research and visited multiple places, and the difference with Sarena was night and day. She actually took the time to answer every single question (and I had a lot), responded quickly every time I reached out, and never once made me feel pressured. What really stood out was that she wanted me to get the right tub, not just make a sale. She walked me through different options, explained everything clearly, and even came out to our house to measure the space so there were no surprises. On top of that, she made the whole process so easy--everything that was included, she clearly explained, and made it stress-free. By the end of it, I felt confident, taken care of, and actually excited about the decision. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers, Sarena is the one to work with. Highly, highly recommend.

We purchased an Executive Dimension One spa from Outdoor Living in Omaha, expecting a premium…read moreproduct and service to match the high price. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but frustrating from the start. Installation was a mess--they had to come out twice because they ordered the wrong lid and incorrect wall color. Instead of replacing the spa with what we actually purchased, they patched it together by replacing parts and offering a minor discount. In hindsight, this decision seems to have caused ongoing issues. Since then, we've dealt with bending panels, lights falling out, and broken jets. After just two years, the spa cover was completely moldy--even though we maintained it properly, drained it twice a year, and stayed on top of chemicals. We noticed the cover wasn't sealing correctly, letting in air, dirt, and bugs. We ended up spending another $1,200 to replace it. Just one year later, the replacement cover also developed mold. We contacted Outdoor Living again and paid $850 for what was supposed to be a full service--drain, refill, filter cleaning, and cover cleaning--along with additional repairs. Afterward, the mold was still there. I personally spent two hours on a ladder cleaning what they supposedly addressed. When I raised concerns, Paul told me the mold was "our problem" because it had gotten inside the cover. That response, combined with the poor service, was incredibly disappointing. At this point, we've spent over $22,000 on a spa that continues to have issues and requires constant additional expenses. This has been a money pit, and Outdoor Living has been extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend Outdoor Living. They sold us one product, delivered another, and have not stood behind their work or service.

The technicians they sent out had no knowledge of how to work a Hayward Pool system and proceeded to damage my sand filter first by breaking the sealing cap, then by failing to put the flow valve back on properly. The technicians also failed to de-winterize my water slide because they lacked the knowledge to locate the correct valves. Because of this, I was unable to use my pool system correctly as intended. The heating system would work because the sand filter wasn't sealed or properly placed. The Technicians spent more time talking on their phones and complaining than on getting the system to work properly. Very unprofessional service. Do not go to this place, it's an absolute waste of your time. Go to other better places.

Also, the owner Jen, who opens, closes and cleans the pool, has been great to work with. However, I feel obligated to warn potential customers about the significant issues we have experienced. Since completion, we have had to deal with a surprising number of issues, considering this was a $120k investment. What was just as frustrating as the repairs themselves has been the lack of communication and follow-through from Artison. Scheduling warranty work, getting updates, and receiving responses required repeated follow-ups on our part. Artison would often blame subcontractors, however, it is their responsibility to prioritize and oversee the work of their subcontractors. This is the first negative Google review I have ever done on a company, but we want people looking to get a pool to be informed as we would not have used them had we known about the quality and communication issues.
