If you are even thinking about getting a hot tub, go see Sarena at Outdoor Living Pool & Spa…read more I did a LOT of research and visited multiple places, and the difference with Sarena was night and day. She actually took the time to answer every single question (and I had a lot), responded quickly every time I reached out, and never once made me feel pressured. What really stood out was that she wanted me to get the right tub, not just make a sale. She walked me through different options, explained everything clearly, and even came out to our house to measure the space so there were no surprises. On top of that, she made the whole process so easy--everything that was included, she clearly explained, and made it stress-free. By the end of it, I felt confident, taken care of, and actually excited about the decision. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers, Sarena is the one to work with. Highly, highly recommend.

We purchased an Executive Dimension One spa from Outdoor Living in Omaha, expecting a premium…read moreproduct and service to match the high price. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but frustrating from the start. Installation was a mess--they had to come out twice because they ordered the wrong lid and incorrect wall color. Instead of replacing the spa with what we actually purchased, they patched it together by replacing parts and offering a minor discount. In hindsight, this decision seems to have caused ongoing issues. Since then, we've dealt with bending panels, lights falling out, and broken jets. After just two years, the spa cover was completely moldy--even though we maintained it properly, drained it twice a year, and stayed on top of chemicals. We noticed the cover wasn't sealing correctly, letting in air, dirt, and bugs. We ended up spending another $1,200 to replace it. Just one year later, the replacement cover also developed mold. We contacted Outdoor Living again and paid $850 for what was supposed to be a full service--drain, refill, filter cleaning, and cover cleaning--along with additional repairs. Afterward, the mold was still there. I personally spent two hours on a ladder cleaning what they supposedly addressed. When I raised concerns, Paul told me the mold was "our problem" because it had gotten inside the cover. That response, combined with the poor service, was incredibly disappointing. At this point, we've spent over $22,000 on a spa that continues to have issues and requires constant additional expenses. This has been a money pit, and Outdoor Living has been extremely difficult to work with. I would not recommend Outdoor Living. They sold us one product, delivered another, and have not stood behind their work or service.

Assuming it'd be easy to get someone to come out and assess the situation, I proceeded to call several Omaha-area hot tub companies with little success. They either didn't service our product or didn't even bother to return our calls. Grrrr!!! Fortunately I stumbled upon Jason who promptly responded to our service request and quickly made time in his schedule to inspect our hot tub and diagnose the issue. I was pleasantly surprised he found a replacement pump for nearly $200 less than I would've paid online and then he installed it the day it arrived. He was easy to work with through the process...great customer-centered attitude, conversational, and extremely honest! I wish I could thank the author of a random post who mentioned he'd worked with Jason earlier to get his hot tub fixed when other businesses had failed to meet his expectations. I highly recommend Jason's Pool & Spa!!!

All marketing and poor execution in my case. Most of the install has failed and requires constant…read morerepair/replacement. You will not hear from them once the check is cashed. My install was on the larger side but the shortcuts were everywhere. Leaving the burlap balls on trees planted was a classic to name one. Over half the original trees have now died. They replaced two trees after much haggling and one of those died a second time. Now I only buy trees from actual arborist who know how to plant a tree. They built a boulder wall that has been an erosion nightmare from year one. No drainage or geo grid was used anywhere. It's not how it's done according to the real pro's that came in and got it right. There are many better choices (Breaking Ground) in the area that will save you thousands and future headaches. Carson Stone is related and would advise avoiding that business as well.
