I visited Broadmoor Hills today, a major apartment complex near 180th and Dodge Expressway. There are several sections that surround the 'Hills', a restaurant/bar and fitness center/pool. The exterior areas are decent. The management building sits on one side of the total complex. Most residents are friendly and there are well-behaved dogs who are leased by their owners. Most of these owners do pick up after their pets outside. Even into the evenings, most times are pretty peaceful. The connection between the Broadmoor Hills apartments and now to 192nd is helpful to alleviate traffic coming down towards 180th. read more

The pool is cleaned daily, management handles any type of complain within minutes, I mean it's all amazing. WOW! What a great experience living here at Broadmoor Hills Marquee. We were treated like family by the staff from the moment we stepped in to the office to ask about rentals. They took the time to listen to our needs and found us the PERFECT apartment. We have underground parking, in-building mailbox, elevator to our 3rd floor apartment. The apartment boasts all the amenities you would expect from a first class building. Management is always attentive to our calls and maintenance is the best! We could go on and on but seriously - we lived in another complex and paid right around the same rent. Broadmoor Hills is BY FAR superior and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I have lived at Broadmoor Hills for over 5 years. The management and maintenance staff are top notch! I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath and rent the attached garage. The Hill (bar/restaurant) is a great addition to the complex. The grounds are meticulous, snow removal is prompt, repairs are taken care of the same day! The gyms are clean and offer a wide variety of equipment. Several times a year they have events for the residents which many take advantage of. I don't live close to the bigger swimming pool and would not recommend that for the noise. It's not inexpensive, but would highly recommend anyone. read more

Ignore the other reviewer. Obviously an idiot with a chip on its (gender?) shoulder. My wife and I have lived here for three years. While the FREE wireless internet may be slow, it IS free - so if you don't like it, pony up some $$ to cox you cheap f$!k. The pools are awesome and immaculate. Everything is clean, and maintenance keeps the grounds looking nice year round. When something is broke, it gets fixed - FAST. As far as the office staff goes, they are some of the nicest I've every met. I've lived in apartments for 14 years, and this is the by far the best complex in Omaha. I get same day texts/phone calls when I have a package, and the staff always greets me by name - with a great big smile. Sounds like the other reviewer is just someone who walks through life with a chip on their shoulder. No wonder they didn't like you!! Now go feed your face with some doughnuts and stop your whining. read more

You will love this place. The pros are my garage is attached to my building, my 2 bd/2 bath apt is huge, walk in closets, stainless stell appliances,the staff is great (same day service), full size gym and workout facility, business center, I can't hear my neighbors, in unit washer/dryer and there is a movie theater. The cons: my unit is poorly insulated, most balconies have a view of the parking lot, the wi-fi sucks (but it's free) and the apartments are painted very dark.. I pay about $1200 for rent but I feel it's worth value. read more

I live at Broadmoor Hills and it is a great place to make your home! Rent is very reasonable. The management and maintenance staff do a wonderful job taking care of every task here and really get to know you too! We are a 5 Star Complex with clean pools indoor and out, nice landscape, nice work out facilities, a full size gym, theatre room, computer room and even a bar/restaurant. We love dogs and really all pets. We have quiet times and super fun times. We are close to shopping and grocery stores. I love it here and anyone who moves here will too. read more

Have lived here over 1 year. Have an attached garage and a 1 bedroom apartment. Very quiet. The workout room is great and the pools are even better. The pools were open until the middle of October. they have get together about once a month and the pool party was great. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is very prompt (only had two issues). read more

I also live at Broadmoor Hills apartments and absolutely LOVE my apartment. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have experienced your worst nightmare about apartment living. We are on ground level and constantly are having to listen to the out of contol jumping and running around of a 3 year old above us. I can tolerate a little noise and that is expected in apartment living right? But this is continuous and lasts sometime until midnight and starts back up about 7am. We too have complained to the staff. And they were very responsive. Most of the time they really can't do anything because it is not "Quiet" Hours. I too have tried handling it face to face and NOTHING seems to help! read more

Broadmoor Hills has been an AWESOME place to live! I have lived in a lot of different apartment complexes around the country and have never been more satisfied. Broadmoor Hills does three things better then any apartment I have lived in. First, the staff here is absolutely incredible. The girls in the front office are fun, professional, and work extremely hard to make sure you are a satisfied resident. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you out! Second, the maintenance staff has always been very professional and timely with any requests I have had. Third, the property is amazing! The buildings are brand new and you can tell they did not cut any costs. I would recommend living at Broadmoor Hills to anyone looking for a place to live in the Omaha area! Nice place, but cheap appliances that are super small. Don't rent an apartment that faces the pool!!! It is like a frat party at all hours. Music blaring, drunks yelling all night - even if I wanted to enjoy the pool to relax on the weekend, that is NOT an option, because the music is so loud. I have my tv blaring, AC running, washer and dishwasher running and I can STILL hear the damn music. It is rude and a disappointment that the staff doesn't stop it. I pay way too much to not be able to relax on the weekends. I am on the 2nd floor and a water buffalo lives above me, pounding around when they are home. HUGE disappointment and when my lease is up, I am leaving the frat house! read more

Heres the deal...Broadmoor Hills is a beautiful property! The apartments are wonderul and new, the grounds are kept up nicely, the location is superb and management is usually very helpful. But...I have lived her for a year now, I started out in a 1-bedroom and then moved into a 2-bedroom after 6 months. After being in my 2-bedroom for a month or two I started noticing really loud noises coming from the apartment upstairs (we are on the ground floor). After a week of consistently hearing what sounded like people running, jumping and wrestling I complained to the office. They told me that a family with 3 little boys had just moved into the apartment above me. My life has been hell ever since. My boyfriend and I's schedule is dictated by the family living above us. These little boys never walk from room to room but instead run around like maniacs, they are always horsing around and when they are home they are never quiet. I can only sleep when they sleep, (which is never later than 7am on the weekend) I can only watch a movie when they are watching a movie, I can't even have company over because they are well aware of our issue and they don't want to deal with it themselves. My complaint is that i have approached the management company so many times I cannot count, I have been in tears, I have been raging mad, I have tried calmly explaining and they refuse to do anything because it is outside the quiet hours of 6am-10pm. Quiet hours are to assure that people are allowed the rest they need for work, school, etc. But just because it is outside the quiet hours doesn't mean that nothing should be done. These noises are immensely more disruptive than what normal apartment life should be. I finally sat down and calmly wrote a note on a cute little card and and left it on our upstairs neighbors door, it didn't help. They continue to disrupt our lives, I mean I had to spend two of the past two days at my parents house because I was sick with food poisoning and couldn't get any rest at my apartment. I pay way too much to live here to have to put up with this. A management company is there to manage, but I can't rely on them to do that for me here. That is why I would recommend finding an apartment complex with stricter management, unless of course you are a family with little kids who you are going to let run wild all day long, then this place is perfect for you! read more
