I'm obsessed with at home but mostly for the Halloween selection. I can't really speak to any other section of the store because I never venture out of Halloween! I feel that they have a great selection and variety of things from spooky to cutesy. Things that you didn't even think you would want are there! Like cute Halloween drinking glasses that feel kind of fancy! Yes please! Sometimes I feel pricing is kind of high for certain items and low for others but what do I know about pricing! Last week we were shopping at the store At Home, the staff member Courtney was absolutely amazing!!!! This girl was kind, respectful, and professional while working with us. Courtney lifted very heavy gardening pots on a large cart for us to help us seniors out, you don't see that often enough. At Home is very lucky to have her working for them!!!!! There is a lot to see here. I feel the prices are pretty high. I got a 15% coupon for my birthday. I found two lamps on sale. $29.00 for one, on sale! They are not very big, which is what I wanted for new place. Have to go to Omaha for third one as they only had two. According to site online it's $24.00 there. I live 35 miles away. Some prices are not too bad. Still there is items here that's worth taking a look around. read more

The store is a great place to go and walk around and spend some time. Their seasonal aisles are always wonderful and there is plenty to choose from. However, their prices are ridiculously high for a store that gives off a TJ Maxx/Ross kind of vibe. Their 50% off clearance is about slightly below competitive pricing. read more

I am loving this place. I do not come here very often, but when I do I feel I need to stop in a lot more. I have used At Home, and also when they were Garden Ridge. Basically think of anything you need inside/outside your home that does not spoil they will have it. Chairs Lights Laundry Organization stuffs Tables Art work Decor Christmas Decorations Galore. as well as some fun Halloween stuff. There are plenty of styles and fun stuff that you will not find any where else. The quality is so so on most items but the pricing is great. There is never more than 2 cashiers and it takes 30min just to check out. People are walking out like crazy. Not a good setup.

Huge warehouse of a home store which is little between a Homegoods/TJMaxx/bedbath beyond smashed with the warehouse feel of Lowes or Homedepot. There was an abundance of seasonal (Christmas/Halloween) decorations in July, which I found odd. The furniture was priced high and the smaller items like shower curtains, and wall hanging home decor seemed more reasonable. The style of the items (more of a traditional style or cheap looking modern here) were not really me, so I would not rush back to buy anything too soon. read more

It amazes me that this place is as popular as it is! The quality of everything just doesn't cut it for the obnoxious prices. So much is damaged and just plain crappy. Go across the street to TJMaxx, Homegoods, Tuesday Morning, or Marshalls and you can find the same things (in lesser quantities) for waaay less! read more

They do have a nice selection of "stuff" for your home, but their prices are actually higher on most of the items than the other stores around. read more

I love stores like this - home decor and fun things for the house. I have come here a couple times and am always happy to just walk around a browse. This store is not as nice as Pier One Imports or Kirklands but is still nice. I bought a rug here and I wanted to make sure I got a soft one so i felt them all and i did actually pick up a BUG (beetle) off one of the rugs which was very upsetting. Also the throw pillows are always all over the aisle and on the floor. I think they could keep the store a little cleaner otherwise it'll do. read more

Definitely not what we were expecting based on the reviews. My wife and I thought the selection, assortment, and variety were expansive. There's something for everyone....big ticket items, middle of the road decor, and lil nick knacks. I purchased a rustic looking lamp and matching lamp shade and tried to encourage my wife to get a clock that she has been wanting to put over the family room fireplace. She was in one of here more indecisive moods so she left empty handed. Got the clock though!!! read more

I popped in here yesterday for the first time ever and let me just say that is a half hour of my life I will never get back. I am a marathon shopper and trust me when I say it was terrible, it was the worst, because I am a shopaholic and if my husband offered to take me here on a spree I would say no thanks I'm watching football, lol and I don't like football. I gave it two stars only because they had a few cute dishcloths and I'm a dishcloth addict. This store reminded me of a warehouse closeout type store with cheap poorly made weird stuff that someone else was unable to sell elsewhere. At home then bought the inventory super cheap and piled it in here and raised the prices back up. The floors are concrete and it feels really impersonal. It would take a very long time to walk this entire store, like two hours, so definitely not for anyone physically challenged. I would highly recommend going across the street to home goods and / or marshalls and buying a beautiful high quality piece of art for your home and putting this place in your rear view mirror. read more

Bought 3 things, cashier didn't give a shit and just wanted to go lunch break and kept calling someone else up to cover him. When i walked outside I noticed I got charged twice for a $35 item. I went back inside and showed the manager what happened. They fixed it and gave me 15% off, so no problem! HOWEVER, a month later when I got my bank statement, i was charged the FULL price with everything a bought, the double purchase, and no discount. I talked to a lady who claimed to be a/the manager who was very rude and refused to give me any money back at all because I didn't have receipts. I asked her to reprint them and she claimed she had no record of a purchase from a month ago. Really? I don't believe that. Second, this was your mistake, two times and you're blaming me for it. NEVER coming back, and will tell everyone I know not to. I've already told 4 friends not to go Christmas shopping here because of what happened, and I will continue to do so. read more

I am very sorry to have to write the mostly negative review I'm about to write. Growing up in Garden Ridge, Texas, the original Garden Ridge Pottery holds a lot of childhood memories and nostalgia for me, and I have to admit I like to see Texan companies thrive. Having been to one other more standard Garden Ridge Pottery store in the past few years, I have to say that this location disappointed me greatly. I wonder if it is new given the experiences I had. I found the store to have very bad selection (with shelves upon shelves totally bare), especially with kitchen utensils, silk flowers, and POTTERY of all things!! Additionally, I thought a lot of the merchandise was way overpriced ($15 for a little painted pot to put a plant in?? You could get it for 3 bucks at the original store.). Speaking of prices, the price tags are HUGE (at least 1.5" square) and adhere to merchandise so tightly (rip when you carefully try to take it off) that you need lighter fluid or Goo Gone to get it off. This is inexcusable to me, as it can damage the item you are buying and adds to much frustration when you try to use items at home. I was looking for several items, and at least three employees breezed right by me, with none asking if I needed help. One employee was pulling a hand cart in front of me walking down the aisle with my shopping cart, and stopped in the aisle right in front of me, taking up the whole aisle with the cart and forcing me to walk around several stacks of merchandise to get to where I was going to. Another employee just about ran me out of the aisle twice as I was shopping, looking at me and smiling rather than apologizing. When I worked retail, the cardinal rule was that the customer was #1 and that all stocking equipment and employees were to be moved immediately to accommodate customers. At the checkout, the manager was ringing up my purchases, while an apparently oblivious younger male employee was talking to her and trying to get her attention instead of helping her bag all the stuff I was buying. She just kept telling him "We'll talk later" and "Hold on" instead of redirecting him to help bag items. The only reason I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did have some kitchen items I needed for a little less than Wal Mart. This is not saying much, though, in my opinion--it's mostly a 1-star store. This Garden Ridge Pottery location needs to learn a lot of lessons about good retail before I ever shop here again! read more

Please do not waste your time and gas driving to Garden Ridge. The products are cheap and the quality is terrible, and this is on a good day. Not to mention that the customer service is atrocious and the organization as a whole does not stand behind the products they sell. Please save your money for a more quality product, and in the Omaha metro area, there are PLENTY of great home furnishing stores that excel at customer service and offer quality products. I love the store, variety and assortment of items. However a lot of items are damaged, scratched and beat up from lack of care in their inventory. It is a shame as there were 2 wall decor items I really wanted to buy but both were either scuffed or scratched. I noticed a lot of items were damaged, from not displaying items from hitting against each other and protective cardboard edges removed. read more
