Bonsall Pool & Spa built my vinyl-lined swimming pool in 1986. The company did a great job building it and were quick and competent with occasional repairs needed over 35 years. For the last few years, however, the repair department has been unresponsive to my pleas for help. I don't believe they have many trained technicians anymore who can carry out repair jobs. Apparently, their crew in the field is inadequate in meeting the demand. What is the problem with the structure of this business? Is it low salary not attracting knowledgeable technicians? Is it lack of training in specialized pool equipment repair? Whatever the problem, it has lowered the good reputation of Bonsall Pool and Spa. I do not recommend them for pool construction.

She actually took the time to answer every single question (and I had a lot), responded quickly every time I reached out, and never once made me feel pressured. It has been a very frustrating process and every year our pool got opened at the mercy of the pool providers. We finally needed to fix the underlying problem instead of the "bandage" so we called Premier Pools/Spas. Aaron and his crew came out and tore out the fiberglass liner and repaired the cement structure. They were knowledgeable, timely and our pool has never looked or functioned better. He is very knowledgeable and the work looks amazing. We are thrilled! Before hiring Olympic for major renovation work, we were provided with references. We had a serious problem caused by another contractor. Several contractors told us there was no fixing it, and that we would have to tear out the inground pool and replace it all. However, James explained exactly what could be done and quoted it. All of his references said he is a genius, and that we would never regret hiring him and his crew. They were correct. Our story ended with a "happily ever after". Thru it all, they have always been very professional. This was a few years ago and our pool is still Perfect!
