Be very cautious…read more The townhouse is beautifully designed and in an ideal fun location, but the unit was placed on the market before construction was complete. What was supposed to be a simple 15-day close ultimately took nearly 60 days due to numerous unresolved deficiencies and quality issues. Project management was extremely poor and, at times, effectively nonexistent. Many issues that should have been addressed prior to listing were discovered only after entering escrow, resulting in delays and added costs. After the sale, warranty support was inadequate (I would say they did not honor a warranty). Legitimate warranty claims were disputed, and in some cases false accusations were made without the project team even coming out to inspect the issues. Contractual deadlines for completing outstanding work were missed by a wide margin with lots of disruptions. If you choose to work with MWC, I strongly recommend closely vetting the project manager and ensuring you have a rock-solid contract that clearly defines quality standards, accountability, and firm completion timelines.

They provided a quote for the floor damage by itself and a quote if we wanted to do the full renovation at the same time. They were able to get guys out within a day to do the demo and a few days after that to complete the job. Great communication and friendly. The contractors actually cleaned up after themselves too! (Yes, I know they should do that anyway but in the past other contractors I have used did not.) Matt also advised that they provide maintenance and can do "odd" jobs. He had his crew come back and replace some ceiling fans and install some cupboards for me as well. I have their contact info saved in my phone and call first for any of my home reno/maintenance needs!

ASBESTOS ROOF-----Thank you so much Zach Hart!!!. If you are someone who hates dealing with your…read moreinsurance company, CALL AGR ROOFING and ask for Zach Hart. He is the insurance whisperer. We have an asbestos roof original to the house built in 1939 that desperately needed to be replaced. We also had significant water damage to our entryway and stairway leading upstairs. Our insurance adjuster came out to inspect and gave us $7,000 (a ridiculous amount) to replace the roof and fix the interior. The insurance company cut a check; closed the claim and stopped returning our calls. We checked Yelp reviews, called AGR and Zach came out. He looked at everything, took pictures of the roof with a drone and said our insurance company was definitely low-balling us. He got our homeowners policy information and assured us our insurance company will pay for it. AND THEY DID. We did not have to do anything. Eight days later, our insurance company cut us another check and payed a total of $30,313. We had the entire roof replaced, interior fixed AND new gutters. Zach was in constant contact with us. He was very hands-on and always checked the completed work. SERIOUSLY, use this company for all of your roofing and construction needs. Excellent work!!

CSF Exteriors did an outstanding job replacing my roof after a major hailstorm. Tucker went above…read moreand beyond throughout the entire process. He worked directly with my insurance company, providing detailed photos and multiple follow-ups that ultimately led to a revised claim--transforming a partial roof replacement into full coverage for the entire roof, gutters, downspouts, and other exterior damage. From start to finish, Tucker made the process seamless. He helped me select the right shingle color, guided me through the HOA architectural request, coordinated a full-day installation, and followed up to ensure the insurance company paid out the full amount. The workmanship was excellent, and the level of service was even better. I've also trusted Tucker to inspect roofs on my rental properties, and he's always honest--whether the roof needs repair, replacement, or nothing at all. That kind of integrity is rare in this industry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CSF Exteriors to anyone needing roofing or exterior work. Top-notch service and professionalism!

There are a lot of contractors out there, and that's why I'd like to leave a review. We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team. We're currently having Siefken replace the windows in our home. This is our first time using them outside of roofing, and their team has been great to work with once again.
