We filed a home insurance claim back in July due to storm damage, and AGR was sent to our house to do an appraisal and quote the work being done. At that time, we felt confident that the job would be done well thanks to the sales rep that was at our home. We were promised everything we were concerned with would be handled. AGR was terrible with communication, we did not know when the roof would be done or when their contractors would show up. We had people showing up randomly, sometimes not even doing any work, leaving our gate open, and leaving materials all over our yard and driveway. After the roof was completed, there were nails all over our yard and driveway. The roof looked terrible when it was completed, did not look professional at all. And on top of that, our brand new fence gate was damaged and bent by AGR employees and they have not addressed that concern at all. Trying to get ahold of anyone to address our concerns has been the most difficult process ever. It is now 6+ months later, and we have not had some of the work done that was promised by AGR. Not trustworthy. They needed me to open two insurance claims to get my roof replaced. When I stated that I didn't want to pay two deductibles, AGR stated they would cover one of the deductibles. They did not. I have an audio recording of them stating they would cover the deductible as proof. They are claiming that this was because I didn't hire them to replace my windows but they stated they would add a 30% markup to the windows and stated there wasn't enough insurance money to cover it. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this outfit. read more

We had a complete roof replacement done last September. The roof went ok, but AGR was also handling a lot of other damage, including our French door, some facia damage, and gutters. They did the roof in September and after a lot of waiting and bugging they sent a guy out to repair the hole in our facia. When he repaired it, he cut our gutter right above our French door, which was damaged in the storm. AGR was trying to get the insurance to pay for more expensive gutter guards, so didn't replace the gutters for another month and a half. In this time, we had a few more rain storms and because of the cut gutter, water was pouring into our home and ruined our wood floors. I found out later the delay was because they were waiting for gutter guard decision. Not cool. Lots more damage caused by this. At the end, the PM was bugging me for payment. When I got the check and deposited, he asked if I could post date a check. I told him I would, but asked him to wait for me to tell him the check cleared before he deposited it. He deposited it that same day. Nothing about the lazy, unorganized, dishonorable way that they do business is ok. Would not recommend. read more

ASBESTOS ROOF-----Thank you so much Zach Hart!!!. If you are someone who hates dealing with your insurance company, CALL AGR ROOFING and ask for Zach Hart. He is the insurance whisperer. We have an asbestos roof original to the house built in 1939 that desperately needed to be replaced. We also had significant water damage to our entryway and stairway leading upstairs. Our insurance adjuster came out to inspect and gave us $7,000 (a ridiculous amount) to replace the roof and fix the interior. The insurance company cut a check; closed the claim and stopped returning our calls. We checked Yelp reviews, called AGR and Zach came out. He looked at everything, took pictures of the roof with a drone and said our insurance company was definitely low-balling us. He got our homeowners policy information and assured us our insurance company will pay for it. AND THEY DID. We did not have to do anything. Eight days later, our insurance company cut us another check and payed a total of $30,313. We had the entire roof replaced, interior fixed AND new gutters. Zach was in constant contact with us. He was very hands-on and always checked the completed work. SERIOUSLY, use this company for all of your roofing and construction needs. Excellent work!! read more

Really bad experience with AGR, manager Ryan, and Zach (contractor). Who wanted to physically fight me. I'm not having that.

AGR is the company that we decided to use after a huge storm blew through and destroyed our roof, gutters, and siding. Zach came out with the insurance adjustor and made sure to point out every little detail that needed to be addressed. Zach took tons of pictures for proof, all while stating it was some of the worst damage he had ever seen and no one would believe him without the pictures. They worked with insurance to make sure everything was noted and in the claim as needed. The work began almost immediately, while the other houses around us were still waiting for insurance to start. Our new roof was installed only a couple weeks later and looks amazing! We had a black roof installed, and they even went above and beyond and painted our vent pipes black to make sure nothing looked "out of place". And that is one of the many things I would have never thought about. Zach came out each time the crew was here (2.5 hour drive) to make sure they were handling everything with care and doing exactly as Zach and I had discussed. One of the best parts of the roof replacement was how clean the crew left my house. They did 2 sweeps to make sure everything was picked up. Now, of course, nothing is 100%, but I would say they went above and beyond to ensure they got everything they physically could. After that, was the siding; Zach told me it would more than likely be a few weeks to order materials, and the next day, a delivery truck was here. When inspecting the material, we noticed it was the wrong color and sent pictures to Zach. He said he would take care of it, and he did. The crew arrived a week later and Zach brought all the right colors with him and took the wrong back with him. The siding took a few days to install, which is normal, but the crew was here sun up to sun down. Trying their hardest to make everything look perfect. They were not shy about asking a question or two to make sure it was the way we wanted. Not just throw it up and call it good. Very impressed with that. They were also very good at cleaning up after themselves, and it is a very messy job and has a lot of little cuts and such along the way. They even put siding boxes around all hose bibs, lights, and outlets. Not something that is required, or that I had before, but something Zach called "his standard". Just the little things that make it a great experience. When the siding crew told Zach that they did not install windows, Zach didn't bat an eye, and jumped in and installed the window himself. Not something he had to do, he could have called the office and scheduled someone to come out later, but decided it best to get it done then and there. The gutter crew came on a Saturday around 9 am, and were gone before noon. It was amazing how fast they were able to do everything and make it looks amazing! The house looks like a brand new house from the outside. It looks 10 times better than I could have ever imagined. We have had many compliments on the new look and are very happy! read more

We used them because a few of our neighbors said they were awesome. At first they were. They never completed the jobs and than sent our insurance company a sheet that says all work was completed. We still have no garage door and no windows. The painting we can do but it is the principle of the whole deal. The only thing they cared about was the roof and they put cheapest gutters on. No communication what so ever. Very unhappy and they take your money and never come back to finish the job. Very unprofessional and did not get the work done and they claimed the work was complete because they didn't care about anything else after the roof was done. Hello!! I'd love to give the company a 5 start review but unfortunately, I have to give them a 2 star review. On October 29th, 2021 I spoke to a receptionist by the name of Rylee she confined that they do chimney flashing repairs. We agreed to have a sales manager/project manager Alex come do an estimate on November 3rd at 2pm. On November 3rd Ryan the sales manager/project manager called at 1:22pm Ryan: "I had a family emergency and will need to reschedule. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Will Thursday November 3rd or 4th work for you?" Me: "Not a problem - completely understand and either day will work for me". Ryan: great - I will text you either Thursday November 4th or Friday November 5th to let you know what time I will be stopping by". On November 4th no call or text from Ryan. On November 5th no call or text from Ryan. On November 8th at 9:50AM I texted Ryan with "Hi! This is Jay from address 123 Apple Street (obviously I gave him my real address). Are you still planning to stop by to give me an estimate?" On November 8th at 12:45PM I call the office number and spoke with Rylee. I expressed what had happened and would love to have someone still come out. Rylee was super apologetic and said "I have this noted and will reach out to Ryan ASAP to contact you". Today November 10th, I have received no estimate or call from Alex or AGR roofing to ensure someone came to do an estimate. At this point, my time was wasted and I will not be doing business with this company. On a side note, Ryan, iPhone has read receipt which yours is on so I can see you read my text on November 8th with no reply as of today. If this is the type of business practices your company preaches then you may want to reconsider your customer first values. read more

I meet with several companies before going with AGR & I'm so glad that I did! Bryan took the time to explain the process as well as the options available. AGR replaced my roof, gutters, windows & garage doors. It was so nice not having to worry about dealing with different vendors for each. AGR is the one stop shop. The roofers were clean & respectful. The crew did a fantastic job on both the install as well as the clean up. Bryan then came by to personally inspect the job. He also walked the property to ensure all the nails/tacks had been picked up. I can't say the same for other companies; my neighbor went with another company who made a mess of both his & my yard. I have 3 kids & a dog who all love to run & play in the lawn. Their safety is of the utmost importance. I was so happy with the performance of AGR that I've used them for multiple jobs. AGR Roofing, Bryan Brown, and Jason Wilson recommended their subcontractor to install siding and gutters on my house. The subcontractor, Hi-Grade Exteriors, did a horrible job and I had to have the gutters replaced after 6 months because they were unrepairible. They walked off the job saying I not longer have a warranty. I called AGR and told them about the problems and they said they were not responsible. This tells me that Bryan Brown and Jason Wilson have no integrity and they will not stand by their warranty. Do not hire AGR Roofing, Bryan Brown, or Jason Wilson! Their word is garbage! read more

Been meaning to write for awhile. The roof itself seems ok, except for a leak after a major storm last August (2018) that they haven't bothered to check yet. This picture if I am allowed to upload one was sent to them last April (2018). Their spray paint job on my roof vents looks lovely all peeled off, right? That was sent along with my greater concern of water pooling in our garage gutter for mosquitoes all summer, still hasn't been touched. Once they have your money expect them to not respond- that has been my experience. They fought me hard to pay them the full amount before they finally fixed a leaky gutter they installed after several tries claiming it was fixed, and I am so glad I did not pay them beforehand otherwise I know that would still not be done properly. read more

I'm a big, big fan of contractors who come when they promise, do what they say, and deliver on the final result as priced. Such a relief to work with these guys. Could not be more disgusted with a company/ contractor(Bryan Brown). Promised things and didn't follow through. Stated many times they would be out and never showed up! The work done was less that satisfactory. Our siding fell off the house after one windy day.The back door to our garage was to small. You could see through the side and the bottom of the door. Still hasn't been fixed. Left major mess when they did show. We got nothing but excess's and an I'm sorry. Great customer service!!! Would never use this company or recommend this company to ANYONE. Really bad experience. Had a storm 14 months ago. Eventually when I told AGR that I would not fight the insurance company any further and thus they didn't have a complete roof replacement,they no longer wanted to complete the less expensive the job but they would not tell me that. Instead, they strung us out for 8 months with extremely poor responsiveness instead of having the integrity to tell us that they no longer wanted the job. Bryan Brown was the project manager but phone calls to the president of the company were not returned as well. My neighbors who used them for a complete roof also had a poor experience. **Please see edit below. I, like so many others, had severe damage from the hail storm mid July. After looking at reviews, I called AGR. I told them that I had gotten a check from my insurance company and needed the roof, siding and downspouts replaced. Aaron came out immediately and said they could do it all and they would work with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered, that he would be the contractor. I signed a contract for the roof on 9/6 and was told it would be a couple of weeks as they were very busy. a few days later, Aaron called and asked for a check to pay for materials before they started. September 27th, late morning, I received a call and they said they had an opening and could start on my roof that same day. They did and finished in the dark. The next day the roof looked good, the yard did not. I looked around and saw pieces of shingles, clear wrap and one of the crew's plastic dinner containers in my yard. I figured they would return in the next few days to clean up. They did not, I still have pieces of shingles in the yard, the plastic wrap blew away. Aaron called to say the house would be measured for siding. The siding crew didn't come by but a gutter crew showed up without warning and curiously, they asked me what was supposed to be replaced. I tried calling Aaron, left a message on his voicemail and he never returned my call. I decided to clean up myself after a few days. While I did so, I noticed many nails on my front and back decks. I picked up all I could see but I stepped on one that went through my shoe and into my foot. As a diabetic I was worried so I called AGR and my doctor. The doctor told me I would not need a tetanus shot as the last one should still be good. When Dan at AGR called back, I assured him that I was ok and the doctor advised me to keep an eye on it. No doctor bill to reimburse. I asked him to please send a crew out to clean up. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I still found around 10 more nails just on my back deck alone. Still no siding. I did get a call on the 11th telling me they were unable to handle the siding and gave me a number and name of someone who "would take care of it." I called the siding company today and was told he had just had eye surgery. I work for an ophthalmic practice and I know he would be needing follow ups and rest. I assumed, under the circumstances, he would not be able to handle this job, I asked him if he would recommend another company. He said he would still be able to get it done and would contact me, first thing next week. **Edit: Let me say up front that as an elderly woman, I worry about being taken advantage of. AGR as a company may be fine. They did have a lot of good reviews. The roof looked good and no leaks. The communication could have been better, however I knew they would be pretty busy. The clean up should have been taken care of, especially after the injury to my foot. I had the impression that Aaron may have been a little over his head as a contractor. He called to discuss my negative review. He was, to be honest, defensive. When I brought up the litter and nails he said it looked pretty good to him when he checked. As for the nails, he said "there are 4,000 nails in a job like" this so they might miss a few. I then mentioned the nail that injured me and he was surprised. He said he was sorry to hear about that. He explained that all the siding crews had left for Florida due to the hurricane. I said there was a crew putting siding on my neighbors house and he told me I was welcome to ask them to do mine. He then told me I would be getting an invoice for the past due amount for the roof and gutters. I fully expect to pay for the roof, of which I have already paid $3000, and for the gutters. The only invoice I received, on December 27th, was back dated to November 30th. I received an email from Tim (VP) on December 28th that said "I would like to set up a time to meet with you. You have posted numerous negative reviews and you have never called the office for help. You also have a significant balance due. We need to address all of these situations." I answered him as follows "I did call when I was injured by the nail. I was promised that the nails would be cleared and they were not. I also called Aaron the day the gutters were installed. I got his voicemail and left a message asking him to call back but he never did. Sadly, calling did not produce results. The invoice was not sent to myself or the insurance company but received by email for the first time yesterday. I would very much like to meet with you. I am available today and tomorrow." I also took a check to AGR's office for the invoiced amount, paid in full. Tim was not there, I was greeted by Ryan.and gave the check to Dan who is a really nice guy. I would work with Dan and Ryan any day! I added another star because of them. Tim, Aaron, a simple sincere apology goes a long way in resolving issues. read more

The sales man Schuyler was on top of everything and made sure everything was completed and answered all of our questions and concerns that we had. I had hail damage after the storm on Memorial day. I called on Tuesday and Aaron was out on Wednesday. He was very nice and gave me the information that I needed that day. I called my insurance company and they came out on Saturday. Aaron wanted to be there when the they came. I was surprised that he was there on a Saturday. In no time at all my roof was replaced. It's not a big house but it only took a half of a day while others on my block took almost 2 days. Someone came out later to check for nails in my lawn and make sure everything was in good shape. We experienced damage after a storm in June 2017. Our insurance company adjuster initially offered minimal replacement. After we asked AGR's Bryan Brown to take a look, he documented multiple areas of damage and dealt directly with the insurance company on all matters. AGR ended up replacing our roof, gutters, garage door, siding and stained the deck-- all of which were paid for by insurance. They were easy to work with and the utmost professionals. We called AGR Roofing after getting damage to our roof during a hail storm that came through Nebraska. I was contacted by Ryan Strait at AGR and he came out to look at the roof and told us that it needed to be replaced. He worked with us and our Insurance Company to get this whole process taken care of. When the weather finally warmed up he contacted me again to let me know that the material would be dropped off one day and the work would begin two days later. The work was done in one day and Ryan was even there at the house when I got home from work to make sure the work was being completed and that everything was cleaned up. The gutters were installed a few days later and they look great (we color matched the gutters to the house color). I would highly recommend AGR for all your roofing needs. I can't speak for everyone that works there but we were very happy with Ryan and how well he kept in contact with us during this whole process. read more

We had experienced total roof replacement years ago in another house we owned. It was a nightmare. The job took days to complete. Each night the crew put a tarp on our roof and you know what happened. It blew off during a rain storm and water began pouring in our house! We were reluctant to go through it yet again. Years later - we had hail and high winds in our area. We needed an assessment of the damages to our roof. We hired AGR Roofing and Construction after researching several companies. I actually saw Aaron Tuggle and Kim inspecting someone else's roof one steamy hot afternoon. I thought - if these people work in miserable conditions - that's the company we want to give our business too. I stopped and asked if they would like to look at our roof and assess the damage. They came immediately. We were unsure how extensive the damage to our roof was. Aaron evaluated our roof and encouraged me to contact our insurance agent. Aaron personally met with the adjuster and together determined a total replacement was necessary. Our job was scheduled for the hottest day forecast so far this summer. Aaron told us the crew would arrive between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. They arrived at 6:20 a.m. and got right to work completely covering the perimeter of our home with tarps. They were on the roof tearing off old shingles by 6:30 a.m. and completely finished by 2:30 p.m. Aaron came to our home in the morning and he and Kim returned around 2:00 and began helping the crew clean up. What project manager actually does that?! I returned to work and got back home at 4:30. No evidence of the mess anywhere! I was amazed!! Kudos to the entire team!! The crew even put our satellite dish back on the plate and our TV's work perfectly. Our satellite company said there is a 1% chance it was installed correctly without needing adjustments!! We managed to have the crew that were in the 1% and got it right! Aaron completely handled our project from beginning to end. He continually communicated and answered every question or concern we had. He treated us like we were his only customer! We are never willing to put signs of any kind in our yard. We now have an AGR Roofing and Construction sign planted there. Aaron Tuggle is a great example of outstanding professionalism and customer service. Our roof is beautiful!!
