They had to remove a couple layers of shingles and replace a bunch of decking. And they were still completely finished in one day. Amazing! They made sure everything was nicely cleaned up. Dave patched the roof where the chimney had come up through and shingled it and also put new brick in the wall where the pipe had come out to vent the stove. He was asking Takoda to do work that they would not be paid for. Takoda was amazing in getting that roof replaced so quickly so that the sale could go through instead of being delayed. Jamal needs to read the contracts and claims, and any complaint he might have is with the insurance company, not Takoda. They replaced the roof twice (because of hail damage) and did the gutters on our new house. The work is always fast, reasonably priced, and done RIGHT. I am hiring them to do more work on our new house as well. Don't let someone who is taking his frustrations out on the wrong person because he doesn't understand how insurance works color your view.
