Dave patched the roof where the chimney had come up through and shingled it and also put new brick in the wall where the pipe had come out to vent the stove. Another worker came and trimmed and painted under the eave and sealed the inside wall. His solution for that was to add 1x's and 2x's to make the windows fit. Now it looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I also pointed out concerns with siding that was installed incorrectly, the trim that wasn't cut correctly, and the gutters that were leaking. There has been no follow up since the work was 'completed', three years ago. Again, Darrin did great work with the insurance company. The follow through is lacking. And there has been no customer satisfaction after the fact.

Apparently there was no actual cement in the concrete mix so it wasn't hard like it should be. The next day Kirk had guys out there tearing up the concrete. They poured the patio again for a second time and this time they hand trimmed the lines instead of machine cuts! I will be using them again for sure! My dad (who poured concrete all his life) was in town while the work was being done. He agreed that these guys were top notch!
