They just removed a mulberry tree near the fence line for us as well as the stump and they did a super job for a very good price. When doing the stump removal, they also ground and took out a large root that extended under the fence into the neighbor's yard so our neighbors are happy, too. They added soil and seed when finished and it really looks quite perfect. During an earlier visit last spring, they trimmed a pyramidal oak, a tri-colored beech, an elm, a prairie fire crabapple, and a seven son's tree. We had Greenlife come out to landscape our front yard several years ago and it still looks great. They provided quality, hearty plantings for our front yard flower bed. Not so with the "cheaper" landscaper we had landscape a small project in our backyard last year - only about half the plantings came back and they did a poor job of building up the flower beds. Greenlife also provided prompt, responsive and friendly service. They are our go to landscapers, and we won't make the mistake of going for the discount landscapers again.

Two months later, still no germination (grass). I continually called the office...and multiple messages were left by the receptionist, Jessie. A.J. was kind and thoughtful in the beginning. Once money was received, failure to check on project, and return call was zero to none. I was given two options: wait til October to see if grass germinate, or sod. I opted for sod at an additional cost. Woke up ine morning, and without warning black and dead sod was placed in spots that didn't grow. Who does that? I took pics and sent to A.J. and asked to remove it! I then noticed a charge on my card for dead sod (not dormant). On a card, I asked Omaha Solutions not to save in the initial payment. Jessie removed the charge and my credit card from their records. Meanwhile, I didn't fertilizer my yard which I regularly do...because I didn't want to alter seeds. Now, I have crazy weeds. A.J. stated he would refund me $60; then change to refunding me $1.99 a lb for 7 lbs of seeds. I sent him a copy of a receipt for the same seeds I purchased for $3.69 lb....sent me a check for $20.00....should be for $31.59. Once again, I reached out to Omaha Landscaping Solutions asking Jessie to have the partner contact me. Nothing thus far! I have our conversations and receipts copied. Time wise wasn't the best because of the weather we had, but there was nothing they could do about that. The aftermath wasn't great because the lawn got destoryed, but that was due to the weather and they did warn me about the ground now being dry enough so I accept that downside. What I am disappointed is the fact that they never told me about the damage that was done to my fence having multiple holes from falling tree branches they cut down. I was never told about this and was surprised to see that from a high rated company.
