He also planted the trees in our backyard which they all died in less than a year as they were planted with the root ball tied up and sticking far too much out of the ground. I reached out to Greg after seeing his reviews on Yelp. He initially returned our call right away and promptly removed all the dead trees so I am very disappointed with the outcome. We trusted Greg and his crews with the work we hired him to do. I do not recommend Greg as he has demonstrated to us clearly that he does not care about doing the job right and completing it. I do not believe that customer satisfaction is his priority.

When Gary came out to come up with an estimate, he did a thorough walk-through of our property and made recommendations based on what our trees needed. Another company we reached out to sent out a sales person that just asked us which shape we wanted them to cut our trees into, which didn't instill a ton of confidence. I think the price was reasonable for the amount of work that the team put into getting our massive trees trimmed and our yard cleared. They accept cards, and also offered a cash discount.
