I had to ask where to go look for our materials. We were sent upstairs. None of them were doing anything except talking to one another. They looked at each other and finally after a strange pause a very put off young man asked what we wanted....how does this place stay in business?? As a customer I should not feel like I'm an inconvenience to someone who is getting paid to help me right? I'm so glad our contractor has to deal with this.
