We used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen earlier this year to put in a new bathroom in our basement plus…read moredo a minor remodel (countertop replacements) on all of our other bathrooms to match the new one. I have to say, we couldn't be more happy with both the end result as well as how DreamMaker approached the entire process from start to finish. The DreamMaker team were really friendly, professional, and responsive from day one until, well, weeks after they'd finished when we had some questions about care and maintenance. They were very transparent with their pricing up front and also provided a complete product list of everything they had installed. When they were working inside of our home, all of the workers that came to visit took immense care. They did a fantastic job in covering up all of our carpet they were walking on, covering up the floors and other surfaces in our bathrooms that they were working in. They kept everything really clean and we were impressed at the attention to detail (the DreamMaker team found minor imperfections that the wife and I missed to correct in the final walk through, far more critical of their own work than we were!). I only have one complaint. They did such a good job with the new bathroom in the basement, it makes our master bathroom look bad!!! (Good problem to have in the end) Pricing wise, we had gotten quotes from multiple vendors earlier on in this process. Considering how top notch of an overall project experience we had, I can pretty happily say that none of them came close to matching the value DreamMaker brought. We will certainly be looking to them in the future for any other projects! (Pictures are just of the new basement install, they also put that black countertop in our other bathrooms)

Upon talking to them about it they denied they did anything and blamed it on my kids and our shopvac(which has rubber wheels and had only been carried never drug) All in all I would never recommend them ever!

Once again, as our initial contact, Aaron accurately assisted us with defining the project while Brian efficiently managed the logistics of supply orders and delivery. As the project's foreman, Marty's professionalism was phenomenal! As in our previous bath project, he once again expertly managed the on-site project details, helping us find the perfect tile shower accents--from the decorative bands to the practical niches--and ensuring a high-quality and timely finished product. Miles was also an amazing and talented asset as he joined Marty (even on Saturdays) in completing the bulk of tile work as well as installation of the various bathroom components in a timely manner. Eli was instrumental in skillfully completing various tasks, including staining the doors and caulking the shower. And, Scotty did a wonderful job with both staining the doors and managing the site cleanup. As we had observed in our previous interactions with Cornerstone, all of their employees are extremely knowledgeable, tremendously helpful, incredibly personable, and exceptionally gifted professionals. Thank you for another phenomenal job, Cornerstone; you are one of our favorite contractors!

I decided to try Menards after a not-so-great experience at a different big box store. I wish I…read morecould say it was a much better experience, but I can't. The main problem is customer service. You would think that on a Saturday there would be employees in every department ready to help customers, but not so. It seems that Menards would like to employ order takers to write up sales but no one to help with questions. I walked around looking for someone to help me buy a door. I went up front to the check out area twice to request help before someone showed up. There was a computer in the area that appeared to be a self-service-write-your-own-sales-ticket, but it wasn't user friendly to me. Besides that, I didn't want to write up my own ticket lest I make a mistake. That isn't my job! When someone finally came, he had me come to the back of the store to print the sales order. That's when I realized I should have gone there for help right from the start. Little did I know, that's where all the employees were. There should be signs directing customers to the back of the store if that's how they want to help customers.
